Mike and his team did an outstanding job building our pool. From the very beginning, he took the time to really understand what we wanted and worked closely with us to design something that fit our vision perfectly. He handled the entire permitting process with the city seamlessly and kept us informed every step of the way, which made a typically stressful process feel easy and well-managed. As with any project like this, there were a few unforeseen challenges along the way, but Mike was proactive in addressing them and always took the time to walk us through options and solutions. We felt included and confident in every decision. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a pool builder who is professional, communicative, and truly cares about the final product, I highly recommend Mike.

I want to share my honest experience with Allure Pools so other homeowners can make an informed decision. We paid for an Elite Roof addition on a signed change order. It was never installed. We also raised written concerns that our pool was leaking — and heard nothing back for weeks. Allure didn't respond at all until after we'd hired an independent leak-detection company ourselves, which confirmed an active leak before our permits were even closed. Even then, Allure has refused to return the money for the roof we never received — or the leak-detection cost — unless we sign a release with non-disparagement and confidentiality clauses. In plain terms: they'll give us our own money back only if we agree never to talk about what happened. We said no. That leak came from our stainless steel deck-mounted handrail, which was installed in the water — partially submerged on the first step. The placement was so questionable that we contacted the manufacturer to ask whether it was even permitted (it was not). When we asked that any repair visit be scheduled in advance and confirmed in writing, that reasonable request was later recast as us "denying access." The paver color we selected was suddenly "unavailable," so we sourced it ourselves at extra cost. Communication broke down repeatedly. We went stretches without replies, were never told the roof we'd paid for was delayed, and were handed ultimatums — including a threat to return the handrail we'd already paid for if we didn't grant immediate access. Get everything in writing. Document everything. Don't pay for add-ons before they're installed. I would not hire Allure Pools again, and I would not trust them with your money or on your property.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Allure Pools! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exactly as promised. Michael and Christen were absolutely wonderful to work with—honest, transparent, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They walked us through every step of the process so we always knew what to expect, and they delivered on both their timeline and cost estimate with no surprises or hidden fees. What really stood out was how much they truly care. They took the time at the end to make sure we fully understood all of the pool equipment and felt confident using it. Every question we had along the way was answered quickly and thoroughly. Not only do they do amazing work, but they are genuinely great people. We truly cannot recommend Allure Pools highly enough—if you’re considering a pool, this is the company to go with!

It’s been a pleasure working with Michael and Christian at Allure Pools to design and build our new pool. Coming up with an initial design and choosing materials was made much easier with their powerful software tools and unique mobile design center. A couple of good guys, their communication with us was clear and transparent from the start as they laid out the process, helping to reduce any trauma from getting our back yard torn up. In contrast to our experience with other building and renovation projects, the subs they used almost always turned up on time and always did quality work. When issues did arise, Michael or Christian addressed them quickly and efficiently, and they managed to bring in the project comfortably within the original time window and budget they’d committed to. A great company!

Quick Quote

We want to make Quick Quote deserve its name. Unopened after an hour, it may pass to another licensed builder who covers the Clearwater area. Not to more than one at a time.

About Allure Pools LLC

Allure Pools of Clearwater: license CPC1461294 issued November 2025, 4.9 on Google from 31 reviews against a 4.52 state average.

Who they are

Allure Pools works out of Clearwater, from Deer Run South in Pinellas County. This is a new company on paper. The domain dates from January 2024. So there is under a year of licensed trading behind this profile, and the review record below is a great deal larger than that would suggest, which is the first thing to ask them about.

What they build

Eight service lines, the full spread: new pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, screen enclosures, water features and outdoor living. Screen enclosures matter on this coast, where they are half of what an outdoor space needs. Seven finished projects are on show, photographed on a phone and dated across 2024 to 2026 rather than staged — which for judging a builder is more useful than a styled set, because you are seeing what the crew actually handed over.

Where they work

Clearwater is the base and the licensed address is on Deer Run South there, in Pinellas County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so their range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — Clearwater, Largo, Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg and Pinellas generally are the reasonable assumption, and the Tampa Bay side of the bridge is worth asking about specifically. Two local numbers and one email address are published, and the office keeps weekday hours, 8am until 5pm, closed at weekends.

What the record shows

Thirty-one people have reviewed them on Google and the average sits at 4.9 — 0.38 above the 4.52 Florida average. Thirty-one reviews against a license issued in November 2025 is more feedback than a company of that age normally accumulates, which suggests the people behind it were building before this license existed; worth asking directly, because their real experience is probably longer than the paperwork says. The breakdown is emphatic: ten reviewers name the crew's professionalism, seven the timekeeping, four the workmanship and three the communication. Timekeeping reaching seven separate customers is the standout — a date that slips is one of the two standard complaints about this trade, and their customers volunteer the opposite. Nothing negative recurred at all. The gap is the one every young company has: nobody can yet tell you how a pool of theirs looks after five summers.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Allure Pools licensed?

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1461294 is on record and shows current. It was issued in November 2025, so the license is new — real, but with no history behind it yet. Insurance is separate and no register shows it, so ask for a certificate.

How good are their reviews, really?

Very good, and more numerous than the license date would predict. They sit at 4.9 from 31 Google reviews, 0.38 above the 4.52 Florida average. Ten reviewers name the crew's professionalism, seven the timekeeping, four the workmanship and three the communication, and no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers. Seven people volunteering that the schedule held is unusual and useful.

How long have they been building?

The license dates from November 2025, but thirty-one reviews is more than a company that age usually gathers — so ask who the crew are, how long they have worked together, and what they built before this license was issued. Their real experience is probably longer than the paperwork shows.

Can I see examples of their work?

Yes — seven finished projects, photographed on a phone and dated between 2024 and 2026. They are not styled shots, which for judging a pool is a point in their favour: you are looking at what the crew actually handed over.

What do they build, and when can I reach them?

New pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, screen enclosures, water features and outdoor living. Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm, on two published local numbers and one email address.
