Our experience with Aqua Oasis Pools was 1 of promises made promises kept. The pool business is highly competitive and the overall reputation is that you better buckle down and get ready for 8 months of hell. No sir, this company came in ready to to perform On day 1 and not stop til job was done. All other po companies that we quoted said 8- 12 weeks on permitting, they had it done in 3.5. All other said 8-11 weeks on having pool swim ready, they were done in 4 weeks! We couldnt be happier with the pool we have and way it was executed. Ryan and his brothers were a pleasure to deal with and not once did they not return a call or a text in quick fashion. When we build another pool , we will use Aqua Oasis and not even get 3 other quotes. Use them if u pride yourself as a good decision maker.

So I’m leaving 3 stars because there were some things that were not explained to me and not thought out properly in my opinion. We almost lost our ac unit down in the dig hole We had to spend $1400 on irrigation. Moving it out from under where the pavers would be as well as replacing pipes and sprinkler heads that they hit. The pool pump is so close to the fence line that I cannot get around it to get to my fence gate and water hose. I was told I could run everything from my phone but I can’t clean the filters from my phone! And once we saw how hard it is to get into the pool, we asked for a hand rail to be installed. This was before the copers went in so it was perfect timing, I was told it would be a $500 change fee plus the hand rail and labor. Making it $1500!!! Here is the thing, my mom is 67 and she paid for the pool and she can’t even get in it. I think as a pool designer they could have offered a hand rail before the build or even an easy walk in pool design. They are the designers not me! The pavers look great but after living with them we noticed some sand that did not even get placed, no it didn’t blow away because it wasn’t there at all, and some pavers sticking up becoming trip hazards. I told the company about it 2.5 weeks ago and haven’t heard back. And lastly communication was either not there, late, or I would get told 2-3 different things by different people. To anyone getting a pool I’d plan for the cost of the pool, Irragation changes and damage, landscaping, fence or bird cage or both and to make sure you ask a lot of questions and voice your complaints without being shy! However I will say that the pool build did happen quickly. And that it is beautiful. And that their set up guy for the chemicals is great! Update 8/20. After last night flood I can see drainage was also not thought out. I’ll be spending more money on French drains around my home so my house doesn’t flood when the pool fills up like it did last night. I had to go out in the rain and lighting to back wash my pool and empty it. And guess what that can’t be done by phone. No thought went into the placement of this pump and now I’m very upset!!

I could not recommend this team and company enough. I had several companies come out to talk about this project. I was upfront that I did not want to lose any more trees, take out my deck, or my gazebo. Only Aqua Oasis was able to come up with a unique design for my home that checked all of the boxes. Jon and Ryan did a fantastic job in the design and quote process. Ethan and Dylan were onsite during the build phase helping with project management. They are super communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive during the entire process. They did not drag the process out for months either. I am beyond thrilled with our dream pool and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a unique backyard experience.

Call their sales department 4 time this week 7/21-7/24 left voicemail. No answer at all! No return calls. I assume they don’t want new business. Owner take note of your sales team.

Best experience yet with Aqua Oasis Pool Builders! This is the fourth pool we’ve built, and working with Aqua Oasis has been the best experience by far. From the initial design to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. And when they say they build pools in 5–6 weeks, it’s absolutely true.
