The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I was having trouble getting my hot tub up to temperature. I knew the warranty was expired but I called Aragon service to get a little guidance. He walked me through what he thought might be the easy fix but that wasn't it. His second idea was that it was a calibration issue. He knew I wouldn't be able to perform the fix myself but happen to have a technician in my neighborhood that same day. Problem solved in five minutes. I understood my equipment was no longer in warranty. It was just nice to have a contractor give me a little time to save me a big head ache. If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Thank you Aragon!
This review is long overdue and I’ll keep it short. Our newly built house with pool patio has sunken pavement less than 2 years from being built. Called and asked if they can come look at it. Was transferred to some flunky manager, George, whose attitude was horrible. Didn’t care that his work was faulty. Didn’t care that customer was not satisfied. Told me warranty had passed. I advised that a two year old patio should not be in this condition. He didn’t care. Save your money and stress and go elsewhere.
My husband and I have worked with Aragon Pools for over 2 years now. They were the company who worked with the builder in our development to install pools, so initially we didn’t know much about them or get the chance to choose the company we worked with. But let me say this - when we move on to our future homes - they’re the ONLY company I’ll consider - because of the excellent experience we’ve had!!! Everyone we have encountered, from the time we designed the pool, to shopping for pool tiles in person (we are obsessed with ours and they really helped us make the best choice!!), to the ongoing service we continue to receive - it’s been above and beyond positive. I don’t say that lightly given that we are in a world where this kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find. Once we moved in, I was connected with DAYNE - who is the best of the best!!!! He’s been my customer service guy all along, and honestly, he is the reason I will always continue to choose and recommend Aragon Pools. Dayne is the best. Anytime I’ve needed anything, he’s been right there immediately. If there was an issue like a pool paver needing replacement - he got it done for us in lightning speed - seriously. There was a time we needed one paver replaced, and the guys he sent to fix it (literally the next day) also caught another I hadn’t even noticed and fixed it for me!! Talk about outstanding service!!! When I’ve needed help with equipment or other issues, Dayne responds right away, and he has navigated me through it all with ease, no stress, and also positivity!!! He’s so fun, so kind, makes me really laugh out loud, and he’s honestly the best of the best. If he ever leaves Aragon he better tell me because I’ll follow him anywhere!!! It’s so rare to find exceptional customer service with heart and I just need to share it with mine!!!! Aragon is your place, and Dayne is your guy!!!! I’m so glad he’s ours!!!!! THANK YOU DAYNE!!!!!!!!!
I was working on site with one of their crews on a new construction home. I left a tool outside to do work inside the home when I went back outside to finish my tool was gone. Luckily, I took pictures and my tool was sitting on top of the condensing unit showed one of the crew members my photo, and one of them pulled it out their back pocket.
Had a manufacturer defect in pool tile inside the pool itself. Not Aragons fault. Dayne, and Ed, but Dayne was the main point of contact was terrific. He worked to fix over a period of time and when it became obvious the cracked tiles were from the manufacturer, Dayne took all steps as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. Dayne handled it perfectly, a perfect management of vendor, manufacturer his staff and even cleanup. cleani no the window that got dirty from the demo when removing the old tiles. Dayne perfect and Aragon stellar obviously as they provided the support he needed to put the customer first. Thank you Aragon and Dayne Russel.
Don’t use Aragon to do your pool! Built home/pool 2 1/2 yrs ago and nothing but problems with pool and pool deck. Never use them! Have had 7 items that have required replacement and 1/2 the brick pavers have sunk severely and was told it is an installation issue, which they will not fix.

Learn everything about Aragon Pools & Spas of Naples — their reviews, license CPC1457677, and warranty record! FloridaPoolz.
Aragon Pools & Spas works from Tarpon Bay Drive South in Naples, Collier County, on Florida pool contractor license CPC1457677 — current since April 2008, eighteen years on the state's register. Their domain dates from the same year. Only 1 photograph is published on their site, which for a builder of this age is almost nothing to look at.
Google has them at 3.7 from 82 reviews. The Florida average across the 346 builders on this directory is 4.52, so Aragon sits more than eight tenths below the middle — and 82 reviews is a large enough record that the gap describes the business rather than a bad patch.
There is real praise in it. Five reviewers name the quality of the build, three their communication and three their professionalism, and one describes a working relationship running over two years.
The complaints are about what happens later, and two of them are specific about how much later. One customer describes paving around a newly built pool patio sinking within two years. Another, who spent over $60,000, describes a customer-service failure at under four years and advises going with a smaller company that values its customers. Both are about the same window — the years after handover, when the warranty conversation is the only thing you have.
Their published service list runs to spas and hot tubs alone, which does not match a firm with 82 reviews describing pool and patio construction — the site is thin rather than the business narrow. Ask them directly what they take on. Naples and Collier County is what the license supports.
Get the warranty in writing with the settlement and paving failures named explicitly, and with a duration in years — the two clearest complaints on record are a sunken patio inside two years and a service failure inside four. Ask what the ground preparation under the deck is and who guarantees it. Ask for photographs; one is not a portfolio. Ask for two customers whose pools are four or more years old and call them, because that is the window this record raises questions about. The license is real; ask for the insurance certificate.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1457677 has been current since April 2008 — eighteen years. Ask for the insurance certificate separately.
On 82 reviews it is meaningful. The Florida average across the 346 builders on this directory is 4.52, so they sit more than eight tenths below the middle, and a record that size does not move on a handful of bad days.
Both of the clearest concern the years after handover. One describes paving around a newly built pool patio sinking within two years. Another, from a customer who spent over $60,000, describes a customer-service failure at under four years.
A written warranty naming settlement and paving failure explicitly, with a duration in years; an answer on what ground preparation goes under the deck and who guarantees it; and two references from customers whose pools are four or more years old.
That is all their site publishes, which is almost nothing for a firm with 82 reviews and eighteen years of licensing. Ask them for a gallery.
