The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Im a building super and CPO and have worked with Mike , Sean and Chris for years @ different locales. Whenever I have a problem or feel as though something is not right for whatever the reason may or may not be and it us above my particular areas of expertise . I call in Team Artistic pools for expert service , repair and advice.
I have used this company, and it was terrible service. I was charged monthly for once a week pool service. They would charge me and rarely show to clean my pool and claim they were so busy. I feel that when one charges one for a service but does not fulfill the service, it is just like stealing. They were well aware they were not cleaning and were still receiving payment. I called the company several times about this, and they assured me this would not occur again. It continued to happen repeatedly, so I ended my service. I would not use this pool service.
James and his guy's were great. Professional and courteous did a great job highly recommended
Sad that this business is ran the way it is by James. He's rude and unprofessional. Used them many times and spent a few thousand dollars with them and they insisted charging me a service trip for a technician that didn't know what he was doing on a pool heater repair. James threatened to meet me in person and settle the matter. I have no time for physical violence. How about work on your temper and customer service skills. Their other review speak for themselves. If it quacks like a duck it's probably a duck. Take your business elsewhere. Oh Shawn the senior service tech is amazing and should really look for a better company to work for.
Just wanted to say, my dad worked here for years and after his passing a week ago, I will still regard it as one of the more positive experiences of my childhood. His name was James Rodgers. Idk if Skip still works there but, he was a nice guy. Along with Jeff Topping and Eric.
I called Chris Jones the morning of my appt. to confirm and found out he forgot me on the schedule , I should have know better at that point but proceeded anyway. Once Todd the repair guy finally showed up he left in the middle of taking my spa apart and was never to be seen or heard from again. I called Chris Jones back and he said he would have Todd call me but never did. When I called back to speak to management all they would do is let me speak to Chris Jones again. After 2 days of calling Chris Jones I finally gave up and found a real company to come out and pick up where Chris Jones and Todd had failed miserably. I wish I had researched this company before wasting my time with them. In my opinion they are unorganized, incompetent and unprofessional , do yourself a favor and do your research first.
We checked Artistic Pools of Florida of Clearwater against every pool builder in the state — their licenses, what they build, and where they really stand.
Artistic Pools of Florida operates out of Clearwater, Pinellas County, from a post office box rather than a street address. Three Florida pool contractor licenses appear against the company on the public record, CPC044951, CPC1458023 and CPC1458877. They are qualified by two different individuals, which usually means the business has changed hands or added a partner along the way, so treat any single start date with caution and ask them directly how long the current operation has been running.
Google shows 2.7 from 25 reviews. The Florida average across the builders here is 4.52, so this is the widest gap on the page and it deserves to be stated plainly rather than softened: 25 customers is a real sample, and a 2.7 across it is a pattern, not an unlucky month. What the reviews do not give is a single agreed reason — no complaint recurs across enough separate reviewers to name a specific problem, and no praise theme reaches the floor either.
Read the reviews yourself before anything else; with 25 of them it takes ten minutes and it is the only way to find out whether the pattern is about scheduling, workmanship, money or communication. If you still want to talk to them, ask for addresses of jobs finished in the last year and go and look at one. A PO box for an address is not a red flag on its own — plenty of small builders use one — but it does mean there is no yard to visit, so the finished work is what you have to judge them on.
New pool construction and commercial pools, with renovation, repair, ongoing service, spas and outdoor living work on the same list.
