The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I just finished my pool build with Backyard Ventures. The owner, David, and his son's have been fantastic throughout the process. I've never dealt with a contractor that's so easy to get ahold of and who is so responsive. I sent him countless emails, texts, and calls throughout the build and just about every single one was responded to the same day and in most cases, within minutes. Trust me, he's not just a M-F 8-5 kind of guy. David's attention to detail on every step of the build was on point. He did most of the work himself, and the couple of stages in which he subbed out the work, he was on site supervising. He was very patient with us especially when it came to picking out tile and pavers and provided honest tips and feedback so we didn't make any poor decisions. I was very in tune with every step of the build and at no time did he cut corners. Even after everything was complete, several questions came up and he was quick to respond, and on a couple of occasions, come back to the house to address them. I highly recommend Backyard Ventures for your next pool project.
Working with Backyard Ventures was an excellent experience from start to finish. David, the owner, was not only punctual and professional, he was hands-on and personally involved in every phase of our pool installation. He showed up consistently, did much of the work himself, and made sure everything was done right. His knowledge and guidance helped us feel confident in every decision, and his dedication truly set him apart. Highly recommend Backyard Ventures for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a contractor who genuinely cares!
Every time i see a news story about a pool contractor that went out of business and left people with a half build disaster i think about how lucky (smart) i was to have by pool in Dade City built by Dave and crew with BackYard Ventures. Its been a year with the pool now, and I'm very happy with the job. BackYard Ventures did what they said they were going to do and was very responsive during the construction process. This is my first salt water pool and i'm amazed at how much easier it is to keep in balance. I recommend BackYard Ventures without any reservation.
