The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
After navigating the usual hurdles with permitting and city approvals, everything about our pool build was smooth sailing. The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. The excavators were incredibly efficient and impressively nimble with their equipment, making quick work of a complex dig. Every crew that followed—tilers, gunite specialists, masons, plumbers, and electricians—was top-notch. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but every team member was pleasant, professional, and clearly took pride in their craft. The final result? Better than anything we could have imagined—truly Pinterest-worthy (and then some). The attention to detail shows in every tile, every stone, every feature. A special shoutout to **Nic**, who was a dream to work with. Always available, kind, patient, and constantly in communication to ensure everything stayed on track. Nic’s dedication and hands-on approach made the whole process feel personal and well-managed. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the journey to get there. Highly recommend this team to anyone dreaming of building their own backyard paradise!
Worked with Nic on a very large, complex and iconic project in Siesta Key. Our scope of work included the design, engineering and construction administration of the vessel so we were up close and personal with the execution, craftsmanship and quality control of Nic and his team. They knocked it out of the park for a very demanding project and client. I am confident Nic can execute and build any project at this point and have recommended him on multiple other jobs since and never had a problem. As a professional myself, having a network of professionals like Nic who can work together with you to get things done and to the highest standards is extremely valuable and not something you come by in this industry especially, ever day.
I recently had my pool completed by Nics Pool Construction, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they demonstrated incredible reliability and professionalism. The quality of their work is truly amazing; my pool looks fantastic! Nic and Alex were a standout team. Whenever Nic wasn't available, Alex was right there to step in and answer any questions I had. Their communication and commitment to following through on their promises made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Nics Pool Construction to anyone looking to have a pool built. You won't be disappointed!

New pool construction and renovation, with screen enclosures, spas, water features and outdoor living work. Screen enclosures are worth a line of their own on this coast — a cage is often part of the same job, and a builder who does both saves you coordinating two trades. Project photographs are published on the site, which was updated a few days ago. The number is (352) 263-5918.
