Words cannot express the depth of gratitude we have for the entire team at Champion Pools & Spas for making the dream of our beautiful backyard oasis come true!!! From the initial inciteful meetings with Cory where we planned our dream, to the unparalleled support from Renee & Chloe with all of our various questions & concerns throughout the entire process from choosing our colors, pool construction, tile installation, deck installation, Pebble Tec installation, startup pool cleaning, and the very detailed pool school. Each and every team and person involved in our pool project displayed vast knowledge, professionalism & work ethic truly above & beyond all others in the industry. They are all truly the CHAMPIONS of pool construction & making dreams come true! We are incredibly grateful & will enjoy our pool & spa for many decades to come & we will continue to share our fantastic experience!!!
I would highly recommend Champion Pools to anyone looking to design and build a pool. We had such a great experience with them from day one—from working with our salesperson, through the start of the dig, all the way to the very end of the project. Chloe was such a pleasure to work with from an in-house and administrative perspective. She was always proactive about keeping us informed about what was happening, what was needed from us, and providing constant reminders about upcoming steps. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Renee, our construction manager, was equally amazing. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout every stage of construction, and was regularly on-site making sure the crews were doing what they were supposed to do and that everything stayed on track. Building a pool can be a stressful process, but the Champion Pools team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We absolutely love how our pool turned out and would highly recommend Champion Pools to anyone considering building a pool!
If you're looking for a pool builder who delivers both a stunning result AND a stress-free experience, look no further than Champion Pools and Spas. From start to finish, this team set a new standard for what working with a builder should feel like. Our salesperson Jerry was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely listened to what we wanted — never pushy, just helpful. Once the project got underway, project manager Renee kept everything running smoothly and kept us informed every single step of the way. She explained each phase of the process clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure we always knew what was coming next. That level of communication is rare and made a world of difference. Chloe in the office was equally wonderful — responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with whenever we needed anything handled on the administrative side. Beyond the communication, the crew consistently left our property clean at the end of each workday (a detail that not every builder gets right), and the team went above and beyond by recommending other trusted vendors for things like landscaping, which saved us so much time. And the pool itself? Absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Champion Pools and Spas didn't just build us a pool — they delivered an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to the final handshake. Highly, highly recommend.

Champion Pools & Spas of West Palm Beach: licensed since 2001, 4.6 on Google from 194 reviews, with no negative reviews on record.
Champion Pools & Spas works out of Upland Road in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC057289, was issued in June 2001 and is current — twenty-five years of unbroken certification. The domain has been registered since 1999, so the name has been visible for over a quarter of a century. They describe themselves as the most trusted, which is not a position anyone can hold on the record; what they do have is a clean run of customer feedback, which is a better argument. The way their contact addresses are set out — separate ones for sales, permits and accounting — suggests a properly departmentalised firm rather than one person with a phone, which is worth knowing when a job needs chasing.
New pool construction, renovation of existing pools, repairs, ongoing pool service, spas and hot tubs, water features, screen enclosures, outdoor living work, and commercial pools alongside residential. Nine lines of work. None has a page of its own, and they publish nineteen project photographs. They make no awards claim and no warranty claim at all, which is unusual on this list: there is almost nothing here for us to check against the record, because they have not asserted much beyond doing the work. Ask for the warranty terms in writing anyway — the absence of a claim is not the absence of cover, it just means we cannot tell you what it is.
West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County. They publish no separate written pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — though they do maintain a service-areas page, which they updated at the end of July, so it is worth reading for their own current answer. Treat Palm Beach County as the sensible assumption and confirm anything further by phone. Their listing shows them as available at all hours every day; that is a setting on a business listing rather than a promise, so assume normal working hours. There was activity on the site within the last few days.
Google has them at 4.6 from 194 reviews, comfortably above the 4.52 Florida average for the builders we hold. One hundred and ninety-four reviews is a large sample, so this is a settled account of how the firm performs rather than a good spell, and it is one of the more reassuring records on this list. The praise is broad and specific: eight separate customers name their professionalism, six the quality of what was built, five the communication through the build. All three clear our reporting floor, which on any sample takes real consistency — and the three of them together cover exactly the areas where pool projects usually fail. The detailed accounts stress the experience as much as the result: one customer describes both a stunning outcome and a stress-free process, another the whole thing being good from day one, starting with the design stage. There are no negative reviews on record at all, and no complaint theme to report — across 194 customers, we found nothing to warn you about, which is rarer than a high score and worth saying plainly. The only honest caution is the ordinary one for a firm that has published very little: without warranty terms or an awards record to check, the things you would normally verify on paper have to be asked for directly. Get the warranty and the schedule in writing, and this is among the stronger profiles here.

They do not advertise one, which is unusual — most builders here claim something. The absence of a claim is not the absence of cover, it simply means there is nothing for us to check. Ask for the warranty terms in writing before you sign, as you would anywhere.
