Christie is very knowledgeable in her field. We had called four companies to give us a bid in redoing our pool. She was the only one that even returned a call. She came over the next day abd submitted a quote to us by the end of the day. Two weeks later they had started the project. The gentleman she has that does the pebbling is excellent. Also the young lady that takes care of the pool after it is complete is amazing. She has so much knowledge on pools. She had helped us a lot. Even though some things did not go as planned I would recommend this company.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I have attached the pictures of our pool and deck project that we hired Christie's Luxury Pool Builders to renovate. What you see in the pictures is a partially complete job. It is partially complete because after the work commenced the job was halted. The job was halted because Christie's Luxury Pool Builders did not order enough materials, and after realizing this the owner of the company told us her measurements were incorrect, to the tune of more than $20,000 she asked us to pay to complete the job. The owner told me I should have known her measurements were incorrect because I was a real estate attorney and had a boundary survey of the property. I guess I was wrong to rely on her expertise to get the measurements correct when the job was priced and agreed to, before time and money were spent. In my opinion, the project was simply mismanaged, from not ordering enough pool tile (resulting in an extended backorder and ultimate delay of completing the pool renovation) --- to not ordering enough pavers (leading to her laborers unable to complete a project they were making such good progress on and ultimate delay of completing the pool deck). When we indicated that we had lost trust in the company and no longer wanted the company to be in charge of completing the job, which I believe any paying customer would have done, instead of working with us to get the already ordered tile and pebble for the pool, the owner sends us a statement of work completed and cancels the orders. If you are having a pool completed you will learn that pebble is on back order and all we asked for was to let us complete the job and transfer the order for the pebble for our benefit, which we agreed to pay for. This was not even offered to us. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I would say that $20,000 is a pretty big one and the way it was handled was unprofessional and in my opinion there was little to no attempt to mitigate the damages. I won't comment on the quality of the work that was done other than saying it was sub par. I don't wish any ill will on this company or anyone who works for them, but wanted to share this story because I felt that we were wronged without any recourse and Christie's Pools got to just walk away.
