That feeling when the pool pump kicks on and instead of a low hum it screams in agony! It's the same feeling when you have to take your car in because you just know it will cost more than it should... Well, I was proved wrong, a rare event so I must share. I spoke with Tom who was more knowledgeable than the the two previous "experts" who came out. Tom assured me it was a simple fix. It was! And the price was reasonable, in other words I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, not even a little. I am planning on a purchasing a new home soon and will be calling on East Coast Pools and Spas to design and build it for me. Thank you Tom for setting the bar high!

I want to start off by thanking Tom and his crews yet again for an amazing job! We used East Coast Pools and Spas at our last home for a new pool and ended up moving to a new home that already had a pool but needed a serious overhaul/face lift. They came out and did a FULL REMODEL doing a travertine deck, new finish, new tile and adding some amazing water features making this pool look better than we could have ever imagined!!! They did all of this in such a timely manner, were more than transparent every single step of the way and never once made us feel like we were on a back burner always prioritizing us and our questions and opinions! We absolutely love the final result and finished product and once again if we ever need anything done we will most certainly be using Tom and his company East Coast Pools and Spas!!!
