⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Florida Vibes Pools and Patio exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning to the final delivery, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Our pool turned out even more beautiful than we imagined and the quality of the work is truly impeccable. Mr. Hector was involved and attentive throughout the entire project. He was always available, communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and most importantly — delivered everything exactly on the timeline he promised. That level of professionalism and commitment is hard to find. Every dollar invested was worth it. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. The craftsmanship, organization, cleanliness, and overall execution were outstanding. If you are looking for a company that is honest, professional, reliable, and delivers spectacular results, I highly recommend Florida Vibes Pools and Patio. A true 10/10 experience from start to finish.
Hector was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was always attentive, provided thoughtful ideas and suggestions at every step, and truly treated our project as if it were his own home. Every subcontractor Hector brought onto the job was courteous, respectful, and clean, and they all worked diligently to get the job done right. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process—Hector consistently shared clear timelines and kept the project moving extremely fast. Most contractors give you a timeline and then deliver at the very end of it. Hector was the complete opposite. He exceeded expectations and finished well ahead of schedule, leaving us—and all of our friends—in awe of the results and the efficiency. I would highly recommend Hector and Florida Vibes Pool and Patio for any project. Exceptional experience all around.
After hearing about the negative experiences of several people in our area with the general contractor chosen to build their swimming pool, we undertook a thorough selection process to find someone to do the entire patio and pool work. After looking at several suppliers and requesting quotes, and after several conversations with Hector and reviewing his company's reviews, we finally decided to go with Florida Vibes Pools and Patio. From the first meeting to the completion of the project, Hector was clear, transparent and committed. The work was completed on time and within budget, with no deviations from the original plan. Throughout the project, the various members of his crew who were involved were always attentive and careful. Hector managed the permits and appointments with the city inspectors carefully and without any problems or setbacks. We are delighted with the final result, and we are glad we trusted Florida Vibes Pools and Patio with the construction of our patio and pool.

Florida Vibes Pools and Patio of Homestead: licensed since 2023, a clean 5.0 on Google from 82 reviews, above the Florida average.
Florida Vibes Pools and Patio builds out of SW 119th Court in Homestead, at the southern end of Miami-Dade County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1460296, is current and was issued in August 2023, and the domain was registered a few months later — so this is a genuinely young company rather than an old one with a new website. That matters for reading what follows: everything good on this page was earned in about three years, not accumulated over decades.
A full range for a firm this new: new pool construction, renovation of existing pools, repairs, ongoing service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living work. The site groups these rather than giving each its own page, and it does publish a page explaining their construction process, which is more than most builders here bother with. They make no awards claim, no lifetime-warranty claim and no claim to be the best in the county — unusually for this list, there is no marketing language here that needed checking against the record.
Homestead is where they are based, and they publish no pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area to report. South Miami-Dade — Homestead, the Redland, Cutler Bay and the surrounding area — is the sensible reading, and anything further north is worth a phone call rather than an assumption. They keep weekday hours and are closed at weekends. The site was updated earlier this year and there was activity on it this month, so it is being tended. The one thin spot is pictures: they publish almost no project photography, which for a builder is the easiest thing to fix and the most useful thing a customer can see. Ask them to send recent job photos directly.
A perfect 5.0 on Google from 82 reviews, comfortably above the 4.52 Florida average for the builders we hold. Eighty-two reviews is a real body of feedback — not the several hundred that make a score unarguable, but far past the point where a few friends could produce it, and a clean 5.0 maintained across that many customers is genuinely hard to do. The praise is specific and repeats: twelve separate customers name their professionalism, six the quality of what was built, five their keeping to the schedule they promised. Schedule is the one worth underlining, because running late is the most common complaint in this trade and five customers went out of their way to say it did not happen. No complaint theme reaches our floor of two customers raising the same thing; across 82 reviews there is nothing here to warn you about. The honest caution is not about their work but about the sample: a young company with a short record is a smaller bet than the same rating over twenty years, and their license has not yet been through a full renewal cycle. On the evidence available they are doing the job properly.

A 5.0 on Google from 82 reviews, well above the 4.52 Florida average. Twelve customers name their professionalism, six the build quality and five their keeping to schedule — that last one matters, because running late is the usual complaint in this trade. No problem was raised by two or more customers, so there is no recurring issue to report.
Not long, and it is worth knowing. Their license, CPC1460296, was issued in August 2023 and the domain was registered in January 2024. So the 5.0 rating was earned over roughly three years rather than decades. That is a genuine achievement on 82 reviews, but a short record is a smaller bet than the same score over a much longer one.
They are based in Homestead and publish no pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area. South Miami-Dade — Homestead, the Redland, Cutler Bay and nearby — is the sensible assumption. Anything further north in the county is worth confirming by phone.
Barely, on their website — they publish almost no project photography, which is the weakest part of an otherwise strong profile. They do publish a page setting out their construction process, which is unusual and useful. If you are considering them, ask directly for photographs of recent finished jobs and for an address you can drive past.
Renovation of existing pools, repairs, ongoing pool service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living work. Seven lines in total for a company barely three years old, so it is worth asking which of them their own crews handle and which are subcontracted.
