Our pool renovation is complete! So glad we chose Indigo Pools as we couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, a professional team of workers. Chris Widdon with design, proposal and material selection/Dave Nemeth and Kyle Campbell construction managers/Adam and Alex for demo and lots of other small stuff/ Victor for tile and coping/ Pavers as Art LLC team for pavers/ Wet Edge team/ Kirstin Dooling for pool chemicals/Tyson Marx for wash and sealing pavers/ Aluminum Works for adjusting our screen door. Surely, I'm missing someone and wish I knew everyone's name. From start to finish...well done! We love our pool redo! Thanks for the professional work!
Never use this arogant guy , he looks promising at beginning but when you have problem with pool , water to low or is just simply cloudy and dirty is never his fold . He doesn’t respect you and doesn’t respond to your phones or text he is to good for you, you stay by your self with problems . We had to clean the pool and add water multiple times because he told us he all ready did his job . Beside he change very high price for changing filer and to do anything us . If you ask him please come and clean the pool because is dirty he is telling with his terrible attitude NOT I am not coming!!! So we had to fire him . Do not even deal with him
We had an awesome experience with Indigo Pools. We had an old pool removed and a new one built. The process is very efficient. Laid out step by step, along with all expectations and timelines etc.. They nailed it. Their crews were all courteous, answered any and all questions and concerns. A very important component is that the owner of the company was accessible and available if necessary. I highly recommend Indigo, our pool is a beautiful enhancement to our property! Recently, our pool service person from Indigo, Michael T, noticed an issue at our home unrelated to pool service. He was awesome enough to let the office know, and the office forwarded me a picture of the issue to which I was able to resolve quickly. Thank you Michael and Patty for going the extra mile.
Our experience started off well during the sales process, but things went downhill once construction began. One of the first issues we encountered was that the dimensions provided during sales did not accurately reflect what was ultimately built. It became apparent that the handoff between sales and construction was lacking, creating avoidable confusion and frustration. Construction quality was disappointing throughout the project. In my opinion, there were basic layout and measurement issues that should have been identified and corrected before work was performed. The subcontractors used on this project also raised significant concerns. The screen enclosure (cage) installation was poor, with large gaps that allow bugs inside, defeating much of the purpose of having an enclosure in the first place. The interior finish was perhaps the most frustrating part of the entire project. We experienced cracking, rust-colored spots, visible trowel marks throughout the pool, and several high spots that are uncomfortable/sharp enough to cut your feet. The finished product simply does not reflect the quality that was promised during the sales process. The "pool school" provided little value. I strongly recommend doing your own research on pool maintenance or hiring an independent pool service company rather than relying solely on the information provided. While these issues were reported to the warranty department, obtaining responses was often difficult. When responses were received, the responsibility frequently seemed to be shifted to subcontractors rather than taking ownership of the overall customer experience and final product. Building a pool is a major investment. My family worked hard for this money, and unfortunately the finished product and customer service did not meet our expectations. Don't let the marketing materials or sales presentation be the deciding factor. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other pool builders that place a greater emphasis on quality workmanship, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Adam and Alex with Indigo Pools came out to repair sunken pavers due to the amount of rain we’ve been having since our pool was installed. They did a great job, calling in ahead of arriving and meeting with me to discuss the issue. They were very informative as well, regarding the cause of the sinking of the pavers. They actually went beyond the initial scope of the work to raise some additional pavers. Both were friendly and open to other questions that I had. They also requested that I review their work prior to them leaving to make certain I was satisfied. They did a great job. We have been very happy with Indigo Pools. Highly recommend.

Indigo Pool, Patio, BBQ of West Palm Beach: builder, retailer, or both — and what their record actually shows. Only at FloridaPoolz.
Indigo Pool, Patio, BBQ operates from West Palm Beach and holds Florida pool contractor license CPC1460829, current since November 2024 and running to August 2028. The domain dates to 2021, so the business predates the license by some years. Two of their marketing claims are the checkable kind — a published Top 50 Builder recognition and dated awards — which puts them ahead of the usual "best pool builder" language they also use.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. The patio and barbecue side is not incidental: their most recently updated pages are product listings for outdoor furniture and lanterns, so they operate as a retailer alongside the contracting. Be specific about which side you are hiring, and confirm that pool construction is handled by their own crews.
4.7 from 335 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Three hundred and thirty-five reviews at that score is one of the strongest records here — at that volume the number is a settled fact rather than an impression, and it is the single most useful thing on this profile. Six customers praised professionalism independently. No complaint theme was raised by two or more people.
The review count spans a business that sells furniture as well as building pools, so ask how many of those accounts relate to construction rather than retail — a strong shop rating is not the same as a strong builder rating. The license dates only from November 2024 despite years of trading, which is worth a direct question about what changed. A phone number with a Gulf coast area code appears on the site alongside the West Palm Beach address; confirm where the office actually is.

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1460829 has been current since November 2024 and runs to August 2028.
4.7 on Google against a state average of 4.52, on 335 reviews. That combination of a high score and a large review count is among the strongest on this directory.
Both. They build and renovate pools, and they sell outdoor furniture and barbecue products — their most recently updated pages are product listings. Ask how many of the reviews relate to construction.
They publish a Top 50 Builder recognition and dated awards, which are specific enough to check, unlike the "best pool builder" line elsewhere on the site.
The domain dates from 2021 and the license from November 2024. Ask what changed and under whose license earlier pool work was carried out.
