I would like to highly recommend Innovative Pools, Inc. to anyone who is interested in building a pool. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Troy and his team did a great job and our family is super happy with our pool. Troy worked with us throughout the planning and design. Our situation was a bit unique as our rear property had limitations in size and HOA/CDD rules. His creativeness and knowledge of rules both HOA and county allowed for a design that fit our budget and space. I had previously spoken and met with 4 different pool companies 2 of who said they couldn't build a pool and the other who recommended a whole different design that we did not like. Troy took the time and experience to guide us and work with our vision. Needless to say Innovative delivered and we cant stop getting compliments from family friends and neighbors about our pool. We started the process a year prior. We received a couple estimates and honestly I had picked a company. Due to personal reasons, we delayed about 18 months. When we were ready, I started with new estimates. A couple of the big companies never even showed for the estimate. One was outrageous in cost. Troy showed up for our estimate. Sat down with us went over everything answered all our questions. Once we had our estimates. The other company’s price had jumped up significantly but Innovative Pools was just a bit higher than the original one we had 18 months prior. During the process, we were kept in the loop. Dan even let us know about a delay with the pavers. Pavers were shipped but they were poor quality. Innovative Pools fought on our behalf without us even knowing there was an issue. Imagine that, a company that fights on your behalf instead of just installing garbage. Thats how it should be. Ultimately, we had a smooth process.We did have that short delay so what should’ve been a 4 months process went a couple of weeks over but we would much rather have the delay then not have quality.

I love my pool and spa built by Innovative Pools! Everyone I worked with from Troy initially with the estimate & design, to Tracee with product selections & payments, to Dan & Dustin with the construction, were very easy to work with, friendly, professional, and kept open communications for the timeline and schedule changes. They are quality over quantity and are not one of the mega-sized companies that takes on more than they can handle. I have friends and family with nightmare stories about their pools' construction, and I can honestly say I have nothing but positive things to say about Innovative Pools and the people that work for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a pool and spa! (the stained concrete was done by Martin Epoxy, they are awesome too!)
