L & S Pool Renovations

First of all, I can't believe how quickly the finished our pool! They were here almost weekly doing something and when we were waiting for the cement to cure in the pool, they used that time to do the plumbing and decking. The whole project took 6 - 7 weeks which is unheard of. I'm the only person I know who has no complaints about their pool contractor disappearing for weeks on end! Richie, the owner, was here to check on every step pf the process. It was a painless, quick process and all looks great. Definitely would use them again!

This company is horrible. No-show twice in a row. When I called him to ask him why his reply was, “ What do you want me to say the day got away from me” Then, when I asked him what his plan was, he said the same plan over again which he said nine days ago, After I asked him about that and his lack of communication , he just said, “ If you’re not happy with the way, I do things then don’t use me” and hung up the phone.

L & S is a wonderful family owned business. Richie, Jo and Ken are so dedicated to making you happy. They are so easy to work with. Richie takes you through each step of the project and oversees every little detail to make sure it is done right. We are so glad that we chose them to do our new pool. It is beautiful and we love it! If you are looking to do a remodel or a new pool, or just need pool supplies, don't look any further, you've found the BEST!

Great workers, they installed a lift in the spa at the resort I work at. The work was done in a timely fashion but also correct. If a problem occurs there right out to fix the issue. In store visits are great to nice family owned business! Fair pricing and I strongly suggest calling and giving L and S pools a go at your pool needs!

6 week pool remodel started in March and still not finished. Brand New equipment never functioned the way it's supposed to waiting on warranty work from hayward, brand new pavers came with stains that haven't been switched out, jets don't work. Water feature unfinished and disgusting sludgy water now. Haven't heard from them in two months. Started getting really concerned at the 6-month mark of it not being finished. Dragged on for another 2 months and now it's been 2 months that we haven't even heard from them and quite frankly at this point it's for the best. Hired another company. I'm still in disbelief that this is what happened to us.
