Simon, is awesome always on time, so helpful, even the pets love him. Takes his time to explain all if any issues. Pool always looks amazing. He always cleans up after his been here. Puts everything back better than when he got here lol. Simon is the best, kindly let him know how much we appreciate him. Hugs Green Family, Cocoa, Fl. Anna
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team multiple times, both for ongoing pool service while I was renovating a property and for specific repairs to get a home ready for sale. Every time, it’s been a smooth experience. Luke’s communication is clear, the pricing is fair, and most importantly, the work gets done right. I’ve also referred him to friends, family, and clients, and the feedback is always the same. Solid and reliable service. Their online portal makes paying invoices easy, and if there’s ever a scheduling issue or service update, someone from the team is quick to reach out and keep things on track. They’re honest, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend.
I am so pleased with our pool and spa service at Luke Gell pools. Joey (our pool guy) does a perfect job! He is reliable and informative and best of all, our pool stays crystal clear and clean! We have hired other pool cleaning services and I can honestly say they are the best, I highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs!

Learn everything about Luke Gell Pools of Cocoa — three Florida licenses, reviews, and what they build! FloridaPoolz.
Luke Gell Pools works from Tarragon Street in Cocoa, Brevard County, on three current Florida pool contractor licenses — CPC1459211 since December 2018, CPC1459808 since February 2022 and CPC1460652 since June 2024, all running to 2028. They build new residential and commercial pools and handle renovation, repair, routine servicing, screen enclosures, spas, water features and outdoor living — one of the broader service lists on this directory.
Google has them at 4.4 from 42 reviews — about a tenth below the Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory, on a record with reasonable weight behind it. Nothing on the record reads as a complaint.
Three reviewers name the quality of the build. The most informative account comes from a customer who used them repeatedly — ongoing pool service during a renovation and then more besides. Repeat custom across different kinds of work is a harder thing to arrange than a single good review, and it is the shape you would want from a firm offering this much.
They keep written pages for Melbourne Beach and Merritt Island, written for their places rather than copied from a template, alongside the Cocoa base. New and commercial construction, renovation, repair, servicing, screen enclosures, spas, water features and outdoor living across Brevard.
Ask which of the three licenses covers your job and who the qualifying agent is on it. With a service list this broad, ask specifically who does the part you are buying — a firm that offers everything is usually subcontracting something, and it is better to know which. On 42 reviews with no complaints the record is sound, so the rest is ordinary: scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.
