The record on file is the Jacksonville one and the trading name carries DeBary, so they operate across more than one location; ask which office would run your job.

What their reviews single out is being kept informed: a customer describes them keeping in communication throughout, and says plainly that this was what mattered most to them.

Treat the two locations as real and the rest of the page list as marketing — and given the distance between the two offices, establish who would actually be on your site.

That is not a warning sign on its own — plenty of established builders never collect reviews — but it does mean there is very little independent evidence about them either way, so the burden falls on what you can see for yourself. Ask for addresses of pools finished several years ago near you, ask which of the two licenses and which office covers your job, and treat their award-winning and number-one claims as the marketing they are: nothing on their site names an award, and nobody ranks Florida pool builders.
