I would like to start by adding that I am not normally a review author but in this case I feel it is very appropriate. I interviewed 8 pool company's in South Florida and each one of them did not feel like the right fit for one reason or another. Most of them were sales people who really didn't provide any comfort that this major new pool construction project would be a positive experience. I found Ocean Pool & Spa's online and met direct with the owner Julio Batista . I immediately knew this was the company and the guy I wanted to partner with. His industry knowledge, expertise and patience are second to none. On July 05 we met with Julio at his amazing pool store and signed the contract. On 11/05 the job was completed and the water went in the pool. The pool came out exactly how we planned and visioned it to be. Julio and his team are amazing business operators, skilled craftsmen and the work is impeccable. The pricing was competitive and fair and the professionalism will not be matched. If you are looking for a pool construction company and you have the opportunity to contract with Ocean Pools & Spa , do it without reservations.

We recently completed our pool project with Ocean Pools, and overall the final result turned out great. The design and finish of the pool look exactly how we envisioned, and the craftsmanship shows in the details. The project did take longer than expected—about 9 months to complete—which was one of the more challenging aspects of the process. There were also some moments where communication and coordination could have been better during certain phases. That said, the team ultimately delivered a solid end product. The pool itself looks excellent, and we’re happy with how everything came together in the end. If you’re considering Ocean Pools, I would recommend staying closely involved during the build and keeping track of timelines to ensure everything progresses as expected. Overall, we’re satisfied with the final result and are looking forward to enjoying the pool for years to come.

We have the pool of our dreams thanks to Ethan and Julio of ocean pools. We decided to do a full remodel then just work with an over 20 year old outdated pool we inherited when we bought our house. Got rid of the stone waterfall and made a spa/hot-tub. Replaced back fence, new pavers, artificial turf- with a beautiful 3-d rendering of what the finished product would look like. But i can’t say enough about their level of professionalism, knowledge and patience. They went beyond, answering every phone call or text. And they were quick. They said it would get done over the summer and it was. If I have a question about the Aqual link app, they respond right away.I would highly recommend Ocean pools.i posted some before and after shots

BEWARE! We have been drug along and lied to for months. We gave our deposit mid March. Provide with our HOA approval letter on April 18th. After many stories and excuses they started our pool on June 4th along with our next door neighbors pool. They were to do both pools at the same time. Both job sites have been filled with trash week after week. They promised completion in 3 months. Our pools were not completed until mid November. They poured our footers short, so our cage sits back on one side and is shorter. They sprayed concrete up the side of our home and on the white marble. They finally replaced those tiles. They still have not finished the tile on our water feature. The forman Junior of both our pools never stepped foot on eithet site. NOT ONCE. They, the owners DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. NOTHING. CRICKETS. One lie after another. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Our poor neighbor has more problems then we do. They were paid a lot of money for our 2 pools with water features, tanning ledges and hot tubs. Use someone else.

My husband and I found Ocean pools on Google and scheduled an appointment with their office. Sueina, whom we spoke with on the phone was professional and very friendly. I got a call back within an hour from Ethan, one of the owners who scheduled an appointment with us later that afternoon. From beginning to end working with Ocean and their team to build our new pool was amazing. All the workers were direct employees and very friendly, clean and quick. We had a brand new sparkling pool in less than 8 weeks and have been enjoying it now for the last few months. We have had a ton of compliments on the modern design with sun shelf and spa. I would highly recommend Ocean pools to anyone who asks, great experience

HOUSE OF LIES! Dont ever use this company, they lie about when they will show up. They leave trash and debris all over. Owners never call you back. Salesman says he manages the job but never shows up. Messed up the footers for my cage so we lost space on the patio. Pool heater is leaking but they won't fix it. Never tiled the back of our waterfall. Tried to post the pictures but it won't let me. These guys are a complete rip off.
