We absolutely love our pool and had a great experience from start to finish. From the beginning, the team was very personal and took the time to truly understand what we wanted. The process never felt generic—they listened, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured the pool was customized to fit our space and our vision. Communication throughout the project was excellent. They were responsive, clear, and consistently kept us informed, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The timeline moved along efficiently, and everything progressed faster than we expected without ever feeling rushed. The final result is beautiful and well done, with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Our pool turned out better than we imagined and has completely transformed our backyard. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company that is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about their work.
We can’t say enough about platinum pools SRQ. We installed an inground hot tub to match our existing pool and it was perfect and seamless and it was beyond everything we had hoped it would be. As the process went on, we added a new railing to the pool and a couple other accessories, including a new heater for the pool. A special shout out to Tyler, he was a great project manager, and always answered every question that we had even if it was silly. He stopped by to help us if we weren’t sure about something. Everyone on their team is fabulous Phil, Emily, Martin, Matt and the gentleman who designed the hot tub gave us so many great options and it’s so wonderful to see it all finished and come to life. The tile work was a 10!!! We enjoyed our hot tub for the first time last night and it was absolutely amazing. I recommend them highly!!!
Platinum Pools SRQ is by far the standard when it comes to pool builders. This business is family-owned and operated and cares wholeheartedly from top to bottom for whatever project you have in mind when it comes to having a lagoon-style pool, lap pool, or infinity pool— you name it, the team here has you covered. They also offer pool maintenance and repairs as well and do an excellent job making your swimming pool look like an oasis. If you need a pool built, don’t hesitate to call them as well as for pool maintenance. You will be very happy that you did.
