"We chose San Juan Pools to design and construct our swimming pool. San Juan Pools did an incredible job! We are thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend San Juan to anyone who is serious about getting a pool." That was years ago. Alot can happen, and it did. My solo pool maintenance team got behind in chemically balancing my pool. They truly didn't know how to fix the problem they caused and continued to over saturate my beautiful lagoon pool with chemicals. I was told "patience"! Nope! Not after my pool was looking neon blue with alot of powder! They said it had be my pool builder. Well that was the red flag! I called Chris with San Juan Pools to guide me to a solution. Chris listened and directed me to contact a company to solve my pool issue. And this was done in no time. San Juan Pools are built to run like a perfect pool should. The only thing they need is the correct chemical balance. My pool looks brand new, again! And, again, THANKS TO CHRIS, going forward, my pool will have a new team balancing the chemicals and caring for it. You see San Juan builds damn fine Pools! No doubt the best! But what makes San Juan Pools so much more special is 6 years later I can pick up the phone and call Chris knowing she and and San Juan will always have my back. That is the epitome of the VALUE that no one talks about! But that is who they are and how they work. When you are ready to start enjoying the finest pool with the added value that is San Juan Pools and Spas, give a Chris a call! I promise you will be so happy you did!
You should definitely not think of installing a pool - it adds no resale value to your home, high electric bills, chemical balancing. If you want a company that will over charge you by $49,000 then you should definitely go with this company. Did I mention how the workers swear and cause your neighbors to be up at 7 am due to noise and lack of courtesy ? How about chemically burnt grass and ruining your neighbors grass because the workers could care less about anything but collecting a pay check . Did I mention that the owners are rude and put a little claus in your contract stating they can basically charge you whatever the amount should be but we were unaware of this in the contract on page 2 . How about when they park on your beautiful lawn and leave ruts in the grass. They also like to leave trash and materials that will kill your lawn. Ok so if you decide to waste money with these people then you have some serious decision making issues to deal with. There are other companies that care. Read your contract Shop around Cheap ain’t good and good ain’t cheap !
Don't know why, but I thought that once my initial pool warranty was over, I'd have to contact a Hayward authorized repair company. I found one on Hayward's website, and have been dealing with this company since last Fall. Our pool light wasn't working, nor our spa light. This company came out and changed the pool light, and the spa light, and while they were at it they would change out the bubbler lights. They couldn't get the bubbler lenses (or what they called rings) off. They said they needed to get the new rings from Hayward, and that these rings were on backorder. We waited months, and as time went on, my phone calls to them weren't being returned. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but finally decided to contact San Juan Pools to see if they could help us. (San Juan installed our pool over three years ago, and did an awesome job.) I explained what was happening, and sent them pictures of the damage to the bubbler lights. Diane replied to my E-Mail and got on it right away. Within a matter a days, they were able to come out and take the old bubbler lenses out and replace them. "Jeff" said this other company was sooo close to doing some major damage to our bubbler light connection. I thanked the Lord that this other company never came back!! Jeff assured me that San Juan could fix just about anything concerning our pool, and that if they couldn't, they would refer us to someone who could. I will NEVER hesitate to contact San Juan again. They are awesome people, and do great work. We love our pool and our so happy that everything is working now. Thank you San Juan Pools.
Nice pools but prices are crazy high, a teacher like me can't afforded those prices. 🤷
Yes, pools these days are expensive. We knew this going in. We called vendors, got quotes that didn’t meet our budget. We then called San Juan Pools and Spas. There was a bit of a wait to meet with them but they bumped us up on the call list because a spot cleared up so we got on the schedule. Don’t go into this thinking this will be a very quick process. Kris the owner visited our home, walked our yard and talked to me and my wife about our project. She listened and understood what we wanted and needed. I could tell she knew the industry and she had experience with building. She has very good attention to detail and is very proud of the work she and they do. She left with our design and rough plan just about completed. We got our quote (within budget!) shortly after that and not much longer before contracts were drawn and we made our decision to hire them. After that, we felt the process went very quickly and smoothly. We were very pleased with how fast and seamless things moved into place. Minor gaps of times between vendors and crews and portions of the project got done. The project, which included paver deck, screen enclosure, and in-ground salt-water 12’x25’ pool with heater, took approximately 5 months to complete with no major setbacks. Any minor adjustments or issues were handled with a quick phone call or email from us. Their staff is responsive and friendly. Kris is passionate about her pool building because she’s done it for a very long time and it shows. Thank your team for us Kris! Jeff, Dave, Robin, Diane. Our pool looks crazy clear and blue and we’re stoked! We’re already enjoying it and look forward to years of fun.
I ordered a special paint used for texture Crete pool decks. Was told product will be in within a couple weeks. Then told a couple more weeks. I just called and was informed they will not order this product for me as I am not building a brand new pool. Nasty customer service. A condescending VM back to me by the owner stated I never gave deposit, I asked twice about it and was told, don't worry, when the paint comes in you can pay it then. Apparently the lady, Missy, I spoke with initially is no longer there. A couple weeks ago the guy , David, overseeing a new pool on my street said he will look into it and call me. He never called. They lie. Horrible , if you are not building a 40K pool they want nothing to do with you! And now the owner is lying once again with her response comment below. This is a product used all day long by pool companies for texture Crete decks.

San Juan Pools & Spas of Cape Coral: what they build, and a review record level with the Florida field. Only at FloridaPoolz.
San Juan Pools & Spas works out of Cape Coral in Lee County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1458885, current since July 2016 and running to August 2028. Their domain dates to 2017 and they were still publishing in August 2026 — the most recent addition is a piece on lap pool design for Bonita Springs backyards, which suggests they write for their own market rather than buying generic filler.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features, screen enclosures and outdoor living work, with commercial pools alongside residential. It is a complete offer. No separate area pages are published, so Cape Coral and the surrounding Lee County coast is the working assumption, though their own writing reaches down towards Bonita Springs.
4.5 from 47 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52 — level with the field, on a count solid enough to be dependable. The praise spreads across three things rather than one: six customers raised professionalism independently, four the build quality and four the communication. No complaint theme was raised by two or more people.
Nothing recurs against them in the review record. They describe themselves as licensed and insured — the license is on the state register, insurance is not something any public record confirms for anyone. A full set of project photographs is published on their own site; ask which are their own completed builds and how recent, and for an address near you that you can look at.
