The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
From start to finish the process of building our pool was seamless with Guy Gaetano at Siesta Pools. We researched different companies in the area and what stood out from the rest for Siesta Pools was their communication, quality of craftsmanship and the quality products they used (our pool pump, separate heater, pavers, pebble tec). The heater brand is Built Right Pool heaters. Mine came with a 7 year parts warranty and they stand by their products no matter what. After 6.5 years, they just replaced the motor within warranty (i had several power surges that fried mine). I have since put on a whole house surge protection (lesson learned). Built Right Pool heaters services their own warranty claims in a timely fashion with parts easily accessible and use genuine factory service people to replace anything your unit needs. If you are considering building a pool, having pool repair or maintenance, Guy is your person at Siesta Pools. I cannot say enough of his commitment to delivering excellence. His pricing was fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Guy’s accessibility for me after my pool’s completion is invaluable. Your relationship with Siesta Pools will be an investment, not transactional. I own a home in Sarasota but do not live in the area. We decided to install a pool and reached out to Siesta Pools. From the start I was extremely impressed with their communication and the vision and recommendations they had for the project. They were extremely communicative and helpful every step of the way. The timelines they provided were always met and the quality is outstanding. If you need a pool installed, Siesta Pools is the way to go!
Siesta Pools was recommended to us in 2021 and have completed two projects for us. One was the additional of pavers and a screened Lanai and the second was a new pool build. On both projects, the communication was amazing. Guy always kept us up to date on the next step, how long to expect it to take, and full disclosure for any delays. Both projects were completed and look fantastic! We just purchased another home and anticipate the addition of another great backyard pool with Guy Gaetano and his crew at Siesta Pools.
