Signet has been servicing my place of work for a good while now. Though there's been some obstacles in the past, they always have a solution for it. Alberto being our most recent pool service tech has been attentive to keeping our Spa, Lap pool, and resort pool up to standards. If anything every arises, he lets us know right away and gets on the phone with his service department to further assess situations at hand. Highly appreciate signet for having such a great team and would highly recommend them as a pool service company if anyone is in need of one
Our HOA has a contract for you to post M-W-F, I am here full time, do better! Oh and I am on the board.
As a member of Venice Golf & Country Club, I have had the pleasure of interacting with our Signet Pool Technician, John Mitchell on a weekly basis. John goes above & beyond the general maintenance & upkeep of our Club pool & Spa. Most recently, he took it upon himself to jump in the pool, to dive & replace the pool drains & ladder steps as they were broken & unsafe. Dependable, reliable & a great personality!! The Ladies in the water aerobics class love him!! Keep up the good work Scuba John!!! Thank you!!
AD pools started a pool repair at Palm Hill Counrty Club in November 2024, work is still not compleat crews only worked 22 days in over 3.5 month, work is lest than acceptable, over 600 people are without a pool, no communication with AD. if anyone call help us please do Jonathan M just read your answer to my review, we must be talking about a different Palm Hill, because today is the first time your 2 man crew has been here in a week, your company got paid a lot of money so get the job done
I wanted to give Cristian a HUGE THANK YOU for helping me find my precious Blessed Virgin Mary pendant in the pool. I was at the Little Dipper in Dell Webb on Saturday and didn't realize my pendant which was my Mother's fell out of my bathing suit pocket. I meant to remove it before getting into the pool but forgot. I didn't sleep all night and got up early Sunday with my husband to go to the pool to hopefully find it. When we arrived your employee was there, which I was surprised but grateful. I explained to him what I lost and he immediately started scoping the pool. He located it in the 5' section and used his net to lift it out of the water. I was so grateful and had prayed all night that I would find my Mothers pendant of the Blessed Mother lost in the pool. I asked him his name and when he said Cristian, I felt like it was a sign from God. Please know that this young man was so helpful, and I will remember him forever. I was so thankful he was there on a Sunday to take care of the pool and help me. You have an OUTSTANDING employee, and he demonstrated his commitment to do his job and take the time to help me and do such a great job taking care of the pool in Dell Webb. I know that he has been with Signet only a short time, but he indicated how much he enjoys his job with Signet and will be a valued employee to your organiztion. Jan Duren
I wouldn't recommend a company that doesn't respond to phone calls. I requested a quote for some repairs to a water feature in my backyard. They came out on 04/02/24 and we discussed the work. Never heard from them again. I called twice and no response. The second time I called, I explicitly asked to have someone call me back and let me know if they would or would not do the job. I have a problem with a company that does not have the common courtesy or consideration to respond even if they don't want or need the work. Not good business so beware.

We checked Signet Pool of Sarasota against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1458979, what they build, and where they stand.
Signet Pool works from South Packinghouse Road in Sarasota, and publishes pages written for Sarasota and for Naples — two distinct markets rather than one template with the city swapped, which is a fair sign they genuinely work in both. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1458979, has been current since 2017. The website is actively maintained; it changed this week.
Google shows 4.5 from 77 reviews and Yelp 3.4 from 7, against a Florida average of 4.52. The two platforms disagree by more than a point, and the weight is not equal: 77 reviews is a real body of opinion, 7 is not, so the Google figure is much the better-evidenced of the two and it sits essentially level with the state average. The Yelp score is worth knowing rather than worth leaning on. Four reviewers name the way the company conducted itself, which is the one theme that recurs. Nothing recurs across enough separate customers on the other side to form a complaint theme.
A full range: new pool construction and commercial pools, renovation, repair and ongoing service, plus spas, water features and outdoor living areas. Commercial capability is not universal among residential builders and is worth knowing about. They publish 8 project photographs, which is thin for the breadth of work claimed, so ask to see more before you decide. They answer on (941) 378-2478 and (239) 294-7665 — the second for the Naples side.

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1458979 is on record in the company's name and has been current since 2017.
Google shows 4.5 from 77 reviews, about level with the Florida average of 4.52. Yelp is lower at 3.4, but from only 7 reviews against Google's 77, so it carries far less weight. Four reviewers name how the company handled the job.
Sarasota and Naples. They publish separate pages written for each, and answer a Naples number alongside the Sarasota one.
