The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Great experience from start to finish - we didn't know what we wanted - Sunseeker listened to everything we liked and disliked and produced a pool and lanai that is better than anything we could have come up with - they are extremely reliable, the quality of the work is the best, their prices are very competitive and always answered every question we had very promptly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a pool/spa/lanai - we can't thank you enough Mike & Maria.
My Pool and Cage project experience was absolutely fantastic! Mike and his team were top notch, they were on top of every detail, and the project was completed much quicker than I anticipated. The price was fair and the final product turned out amazing. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
Our experience with this company has been great. They were so professional and their team of workers did an amazing job! I had a sketch of what I wanted the pool and spa to look like and when they were finished it was even more beautiful than what I envisioned it was going to be! I highly recommend!!

Sunseeker Pool & Spa of Rotonda West: what they build, which Gulf coast towns they cover, and what their license covers. Only at FloridaPoolz.
Sunseeker Pool & Spa works the Charlotte and Sarasota county coast from Rotonda West, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1460481, current since December 2023 and running to August 2028 — a longer renewal term than most on this list. The domain dates from mid 2023, so the license and the business started together.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features, screen enclosures and outdoor living work. They publish pages written for Englewood, Lakewood Ranch, Nokomis, North Port, Port Charlotte, Rotonda West, Sarasota and Venice — a compact run of Gulf coast towns rather than a statewide claim, which usually reflects where crews genuinely travel.
5.0 from twelve Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Twelve reviews without a detractor is a good early record, and it is an early record rather than a proven one — a dozen accounts can reflect a strong first year as easily as a settled standard. Four customers praised professionalism independently and three the communication. Nothing critical was raised by anyone.
The company is young and the review count is small, so weight references more heavily than the score. Their site was last changed in March 2025, which is a while for a business that is otherwise active — worth checking the published work is still representative of what they do now. Ask how many pools they have completed since the license issued in December 2023, and to see two of them near you.

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1460481 has been current since December 2023 and runs to August 2028.
It is above the Florida pool builder average of 4.52, on twelve reviews. A clean record at that volume is encouraging rather than conclusive; ask for references as well.
Englewood, Lakewood Ranch, Nokomis, North Port, Port Charlotte, Rotonda West, Sarasota and Venice — a compact stretch of the Gulf coast.
The domain dates from July 2023 and the license from December of the same year, so about three years.
The last change recorded on it was March 2025. The business is active, though it is worth checking that the work shown still represents what they build now.
