**REVIEW EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE** We just purchased our home, did not see bills, immediately paid them, (was only first minth and second month) STOPPED OUR SERVICE (we had no idea the pool didnt go green until 3 days ago) and we did nkt refuse payment. The girl on the phone DEMANDED PAYMENT RIGHT THEN OVER THE PHONE BY CREDIT CARD to continue service DESPITE ALREADY HAVING A ZERO BALANCE and i requested to pay online via SECURE LINK to which she refused. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER SERVICE COMPANY. Do not reccommend for service. Bad communication, did not recieve bill, So they just stopped showing up. Explained we need the pool going again, no urgency, asked them to send me a bill so i can pay online with my credit card, she insisted that i give her the card over the phone right then and there. Wasnt comfortable, did not care. ALSO THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, i mustve asked them to check the equipment 4 seperate times and replace what doesnt work, they never did. Find another company. Thanks to them not giving a CRAP ablut their clients, this is how my pool will look for mothers day, a day where 3 mothers are coming here to enjoy their kids in 3 days
