I had Tom come out to do an inspection on the pool prior to purchasing my house. On the inspection photos, the Hayward salt generator which was noted to be 7 years old was indicating low to no salt in the pool. Tom said the generator "appears to be in functioning condition". When asked about this he said it was nothing to worry about it that there was just a malfunction with it. I asked if this was something that should be replaced prior to purchasing the house. He said no. After purchasing the house, the pool company that the previous owners used said they had been telling the sellers of the house the salt generator was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. Interesting how on a pool inspection Tom didnt feel the need to indicate it should be replaced when these generators usually dont last for more than 5 years. Tom now refuses to answer my calls or emails. Shady business I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and dont want it on an inspection because it will be a waste of time and money.

Awesome and honest service on multiple occasions! My mom was having issues with her pool pump and we called United Pool Pros and they were able to get a new motor installed on the first occasion (old one rusted completely out). On the second occasion when she had a “senior” moment and installed her filter upside down. Saved us a bunch of money rather than just trying to sell her more equipment. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.
