Outstanding Experience with Yandle’s Splash Time Pools! We were initially very nervous about building a pool—there are so many horror stories out there about unreliable contractors, missed deadlines, and poor communication. But from the very beginning, Yandle's Splash Time Pools put our minds at ease, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From our first consultation to the final walk-through, the team at Yandle’s was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, met every single deadline, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do—but Yandle’s absolutely delivered on every promise. The quality of the work is exceptional, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. They turned our vision into a beautiful reality, and we now have a backyard oasis that we’re proud to share with friends and family. If you're on the fence about building a pool and worried about finding the right company—stop looking. Yandle’s Splash Time Pools is the real deal. Trustworthy, professional, and simply a pleasure to work with. We recommend them without hesitation!
Warning Yandle installed pool equipment incorrectly into my BRAND NEW residential home here in Ocala. The pool filter and pool pump are in incorrect Positions for Appropriate suction. Pentair confirmed. We Contacted builder but builder will not discuss or support. Clearly installed within three years but no support whatsoever From yandle. Just another veteran going to have to pay a lot of money to fix this. I just want to inform any potential clients that there will be no warranty your support and the fact that they can install equipment incorrectly to begin with is very scary consumer beware. I hope this has diverted one potential catastrophe God bless I wanted to add some digital data to this post to include photos. If you follow the design in the photo, the red is the suction from the pump. The return is the green. The pump should never be pushing into a filter. It should be sucking from a filter. BBB is next unfortunately.
We began talking to pool builders before our house was built. We looked at several bids, met with various companies and spoke with others in the community about their experience. After meeting at least twice with Henrietta and making several adjustments in our plan we decided on Yandle's Splash Time Pools. Henrietta worked with us until we decided on our final design. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process!! The staff were courteous, answered our questions or referred us to the office if additional info needed. They kept us informed on the next steps. Emails were answered either same day or next day. Our pool was to take 5 months to complete and was completed in less than 2 months!! It was such an organized process, and everyone works very hard to take care of the customer. They go over the steps with you in the beginning and I highly recommend that you write these down. This will decrease your overall questions about things like, what comes next and when, what are we waiting on, etc. Therefore, we knew the steps, when inspections were due, etc and did not have to contact the office to ask basic questions. We had no delays due to weather. Each step progressed like clockwork. I believe the years of experience in pool and spa building that comes with Yandle's Splash Time Pools provides homeowner's peace of mind during the build process that it all comes together in the end with a GREAT !! pool / spa. I did not experience one headache during the entire process!! I will always recommend Yandle's for inground pool and spa installation!!
From start to current state, there has been an issue after an issue after an issue. From them not respecting our property when they were putting our pool in, to having to come back and regrout certain areas because of poor initial workmanship, it has been issue after issue. Now, I'm finding little pieces of glass in my pool from the tile cracking or breaking. Not only that, even though they came back and regrouted certain areas that were also falling in my pool, I now have those same areas cracking as well as other areas because of a poor grout job. I'm not even sure where to go from this. While the pool looks beautiful, when you look closely, the fine details are terrible. I'm not sure that I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I definitely would not recommend getting glass tiles on any pool. My pool is 5 month shy of being 3 years old and I still can't believe it's already having these sort of issues happen. Yandles, you need to do something about making sure when you put pools in people's homes, that you actually give them a quality product. I have paid quite a bit of money in hopes of receiving a product that was worth what I paid. Clearly your workmanship does not live up to what you promise your customers. Update; 8/22/23: 2 out of 3 of my Pentair pool lights aren't working... Expensive junk! Still no response from Yandles... Update: 6/2024: They came and replaced the 2 lights.... said they would come back and fix tiles and grout.... never did... and well... now the 3rd light is broken. Awful company. Literally have tiles popping out. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I would highly recommend Yandle’s Splash time Pools. We had sought out a few quotes from different companies and after speaking to Henrietta, the owner along with her husband and son… We felt very comfortable moving forward with them. We had heard some say that communication with them and their response Time to emails was not good… All I can tell you is that…IN OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM… NOTHING COULD’VE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH… HENRIETTA CONSISTENTLY GOT BACK TO ME THE SAME DAY AND IF NOT THE NEXT DAY WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD.. so lack of communication was a non-issue… When we signed on the dotted line, Henrietta told us that we would be done in six months… She told us don’t be concerned if you don’t see people for two or three weeks you’ll be done in six months. so we rested on that.. I would have to say that since we had our pool done in the winter… Her son Grant said they stopped digging pools for two months to finish up the jobs they had in place already going.. That really expedited my job to completion… My Pool did not take six months it took just over three months… Which was amazing to us in pleasantly surprising. We feel the quality of the workmanship was very good and very well done and all individuals they employed or contracted out did a great job.. I would have ZERO reasons to not use them again. JIM W
Contracted with Yandles in October 2019. As others have said customer service was init great. they came on 12/23/2019 and started to dig. tore up all of my sprinklers as they were to call ahead of time to have an irrigation person be here to cut and cap pipes. Cost me an additional $1600. to have sprinklers straightened out. Didn't come back for almost a month, very sloppy work, left mounds of concrete in my yard and on the street curb. When I had my pool maintenance guy here there was scaling on the bottom of the pool resulting in having to replace two filters, it was so hard built up in the filter. When I called I spoke with Ashley and she told me my pool guy didn't know what he was doing. He happened to be standing next me and he took over the phone call. He explained to her that he has done pool maintenance for 15 years. I asked her for a new filter, which would be the third in 2.5 months, she explained that she couldn't keep replacing the filters. it was agreed for her to order a new one and have it shipped to my house, when it didn't come to my house but their office I was told to go to Ocala to pick it up. Maintenance Service = 0, Customer Service =0. I guess I should have read reviews before hiring them. The attitude is like I should be grateful for them to build my pool, I think they should be grateful for me hiring them and giving them a paycheck.

Yandle's Splash Time Pools of Ocala: three licenses, a long history, and four complaint themes worth reading first. FloridaPoolz.
Yandle's Splash Time Pools works out of Ocala in Marion County. Three current Florida pool contractor licenses sit with the company under three different qualifying agents — CPC1456732 since February 2004, CPC1457613 since January 2008 and CPC1460817 since November 2024 — which is a long licensed history and a business that has changed who signs for the work more than once. Their domain dates to 2008.
New pool construction, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. Renovation of existing pools is not among what they publish. No separate area pages are published, so Ocala and the surrounding Marion County area is the working assumption. Only a handful of project photographs are published, which is thin for a company of this age.
Four customers praised professionalism independently, three the build quality and three the communication — real positive accounts that should not be waved away. The scores are 3.9 from 64 Google reviews and 2.1 from thirteen on Yelp, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Seventy-seven reviews between them is far too many for that shortfall to be noise.
Four separate complaint themes each reached the two-customer floor, which is a lot for one company. Six customers raised build quality, three damage to their property during the work, three communication and two described how the company responded when they raised a problem. Build quality appears on both sides — three praised it, six did not — which points at variation between jobs rather than a consistent standard. If you go ahead: agree in writing who pays for damage to driveways, screens and landscaping, ask who supervises the finish and whether crews are employees or subcontractors, establish what happens if you are unhappy mid-build and who has authority to fix it.

Yes, and three current licenses sit with the company under three different qualifying agents: CPC1456732 since 2004, CPC1457613 since 2008 and CPC1460817 since November 2024.
3.9 on Google from 64 reviews and 2.1 on Yelp from thirteen, against a state average of 4.52. Seventy-seven reviews is enough that the shortfall reflects a pattern rather than noise.
Four themes each reached two or more customers: build quality (six), damage to property during the work (three), communication (three), and how the company responded when a problem was raised (two).
Yes. Four customers praised professionalism, three the build quality and three the communication. The record is mixed rather than uniformly poor.
Who pays for damage to driveways, screens and landscaping; who supervises the finish and whether crews are employees or subcontractors; what happens if you are unhappy mid-build; and a final payment held back until you have inspected the work.
