They came out to replace my pool pump. The motor on the original just quit on me. They came out as promised. JT provided great service. He was friendly and easy to talk to. More importantly they did the job and did it well. They had to come back before the controller was not working upon installation. He came out as promised.

JT came in to correct a job left incomplete by other pool contractors. (spent a fortune on a renovation for a spa that wouldn't function and brand new heater that wouldn't heat.) On his initial diagnostic visit, he immediately made the most obvious repair to get the spa functioning and handled that immediately, was communicating with his gas and electrical team to coordinate visit, left us with a glimmer of hope and had me an estimate same day. (very appropriately priced) I had brought up some possible items that were discussed with other pool renovation companies, he explained why each other item was not the best choice with great detail to where a child could understand why it would or wouldn't work. He was back a few days later with his team, and for the first time since the spa was renovated, it is functioning perfectly. We did have an on the fly change order, again, very appropriately priced, modifying something existing that the gas guy suggested to prevent future issues. Humble guy, clear communication, does what he says, and the only person I trust with the spa and pool. We have an upcoming renovation that will affect the pool and he is the only one I'm calling to address the future renovation.

The Pool Renovators team recently completed a challenging effort to retile a section of our pool and raised spa with glass mosaic tile. The job came out perfectly and we are very pleased we selected them to do the work. JT, Mike, and Warley (tile pro!) provided excellent communication throughout the 7 work day process. Mike and JT came out several times ahead of the job start to discuss issues and plan the work. Other efforts included acid washing of the pool and spa, water proofing, raising the pool heater off the ground, and regrouting of the entire tiled pool. A skilled and trust worthy team that I would certainly hire again for future work.

My pool looks amazing! I never dreamed it would look this good! The pool technician was professional and went the extra step! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I spoke with Will today over the phone who not only took the time to listen, but was very knowledgeable and very nice. After explaining what was going on with my pool, he was able to quickly troubleshoot with me and gave me actionable tips that ultimately let me fix the problem myself. This was after about an hour and a half of calling around to other companies who made me believe a solution would be far more complicated. Their website says they provide “honest, quality and dedicated services” to their clients, and it shows. Even though I wasn’t a customer today, I will be for my next pool project!

Professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of pool renovations and landscape/hardscape. They designed and installed the entire pool remodel and hardscaping. Communication was great throughout the entire project. Top notch company.
