They built my pool ; and talked about pool water quality and warranty and I had a simple answer your maintaining it so there shouldn’t be an issue with warranty . I’ve never had an issue ; when they say I need filters or something I approve estimate and it’s done next visit invoice is auto pay They communicate well and are on time ; yes you may pay more but I don’t want a headache so it’s worth it mentally
Do yourself a big favor & stay FAR away from these criminals. After spending over 200K on a custom pool, Abaco botched the job, took no responsibility or accountability for their shatty mistakes & made the entire experience absolutely horrible. Carl, the greedy owner, is an unpleasant human, will sell you a false bill of goods, & then disappear like the shady shyster that he is. The pool has literally been a money pit. The person who maintains our pool is baffled. He has never seen so many issue with a pool & can't believe Abaco has refused to step up and fix the repeated issues related to poor design & functionality. With each and every problem, Carl was not only rude and dismissive to our builder, but personally insulted us because he was too lazy to finish the project properly. If you are considering this company for a custom build, please think twice. For a purchase of this magnitude, you want a competent professional. You will not find that with Abaco! Zero stars.
Abaco did a complete renovation with our pool, pool equipment and the pool deck. Resurfaced our pool with Pebble Tech, installed new water line glass tile, new skimmer, new led pool light, new stainless steel hand rail, travertine deck around pool and all new pool equipment, filter, pump, salt system. All was done in a professional manner and the pool looks fantastic and operates as it should. The staff and the installation people are very professional and do a fantastic job. If you are thinking about a renovation or a complete new installation Absco Pools are the best! Highly recommend!!
We are in the process of getting a pool put in with Abaco Pools... while another friend of mine has also been looking, I put some feelers out there on nextdoor app & while many had terrible things to say about the company's they chose, (1 particular company which my friend was just about to hire... and neighbor warned me and said he's had a hole in his backyard since July 2020. And this particular company is still taking in new customers while this neighbors pool hasn't been completed- they used covid as their excuse)**IM NOT REFERRING TO ABACO POOLS, it's another company & since I didn't witness or have any part of this experience, I'm not going to put the name out there**... I digress... everyone is backed up and it's hard to decide on who is reliable and honest, and not going to screw you over... we went with Abaco. Carl the owner is very knowledgeable and confident. Timeline has been spot on. Very easy to work with. And beautiful work. Financing was very easy. We are looking forward to the completion. But the process has been smooth and easy!!
