The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I would like to acknowledge the superior customer service I have been lucky enough to get from Frank at Paradise Pools. We had our pool installed three years ago and, unfortunately, things start to go. From the pump motor to the pool light that was taking on water and the salt chlorinator that just recently had to be changed, he responded to our call for help very quickly. It’s a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable explain the issues and how they can be prevented or, at least, extend the life of each item. Frank goes above and beyond the usual customer service we are so accustomed to here in the south Florida area. So many times we call for service for other things like the A/C or appliances and we can’t get anyone here for days. We would also like to give recognition to Chris. He is also very knowledgeable and cares about the client. They make an excellent addition to your team.
Paradise Pools delivers over-the-top designs and exceptional finishes. Jen Raia is incredibly talented and, without question, the best pool designer I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend Jen and the entire Paradise Pools team. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of their work, and their 20+ years of experience really shows. You can tell you’re working with a highly experienced team that uses superior products and pays attention to every detail. If you’re looking for a beautifully designed, high-quality pool, I highly recommend Paradise Pools and Jen Raia.

We checked Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas of Palm City against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1458019 and where they stand.
Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas works from SW Raspberry Place in Palm City, Martin County, and has had a website online since 2009. Three Florida pool contractor licenses sit on record in the company's name — CPC1458019 from 2010, CPC1458457 from 2013 and CPC1461291 from 2025. That is a long, continuous licensing record and a company large enough to need three qualified contractors.
Google shows 3.8 from 157 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52. This is the case where the number genuinely means something: 157 reviews is a large sample, so 3.8 is a settled pattern across a lot of finished work rather than a couple of bad experiences dragging down a thin score. It is one of the lower ratings on this site held across that much evidence. Set against it, four reviewers name the way the company conducted itself and four the quality of the finished build, and — notably for a score this size — no single complaint recurs across enough separate customers to form a theme. So the reviews say the experience varies rather than that any one thing reliably goes wrong. Read a spread of them, recent ones included, before you decide.
New pool construction and renovation, repair and ongoing service, with spas, water features and outdoor living areas. They publish 18 project photographs, so the standard of finished work is there to judge for yourself, which is worth doing carefully here — (561) 294-8321.

Google shows 3.8 from 157 reviews, below the Florida average of 4.52. At 157 reviews that is a real pattern rather than a thin score. Four reviewers name the way the company handled the job and four the build quality, and no single complaint recurs often enough across separate customers to form a theme — the experience varies rather than one thing reliably going wrong.
Read a spread of the reviews including recent ones, look through the published photographs, and ask for references for work like yours. The rating is built on enough evidence to be worth taking seriously.
