The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I had my pool installed almost 6 years ago and the installation was seamless. Never have had any trouble, but enjoy our pool immensely. A few months ago I noticed I thought I might have a leak so I called Sarah. She had me mark the water level and take a pix and text it to them. Just looking at the pictures they saw where the leak was coming from. Mike came over and repaired it in a few minutes and I have been amazed at their knowledge and professionalism. They are a wonderful family owned business and are so dedicated and dependable. I recommend them to anyone looking to install a beautiful pool. 🥰
Can’t say enough good things about the Alexander Team. This is our third pool build over the years and by far the best. From beginning to end, it was most enjoyable working with this group. They listened to what we wanted vs what they thought we’d want. They were on time and finished every aspect of the job earlier than expected. They are a well oiled machine. A great business acumen is "Underpromise" and Overdeliver". That describes our expereince with Alexander Pools! The pool was completed 2 months early! Sara is just a rock star working in the office. She stayed in constant contact with us through out the entire process. She also helped us picked colors and tiles that match and look absolutely beautiful. This is a family owned company and we highly recommend them if you are putting in a pool! Thanks Alexander Pools! What a wonderful experience!
