We had an amazing experience with this pool build company from start to finish. From the very beginning, the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Our project was unfortunately pushed back by about two weeks due to a Category 3 hurricane, which caused delays in obtaining permits from Manatee County. Despite this being completely out of their control, the communication during that time was excellent and we were always kept informed about what was happening and what to expect next. All of their contractors did an outstanding job. They were respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and always cleaned up after themselves, which we truly appreciated. Now, a year later, we are still absolutely thrilled with our pool and couldn’t be happier with the final result. The only regret we have is not adding a jacuzzi spa—but that’s on us! We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering building a pool.
Horrible Company! Neighbors are installing a pool and they block my driveway I've told them 3 times and now they have been blocking my mailbox and was told by my Mail-carrier He is going to stop delivery if the the trailer is blocking the mailbox! We were looking into a pool but we will NEVER use this company! I adore my neighbors and would be sick if they were inconvenience at all with blocked driveways and mail service. They can park all their trucks across the street and it doesn't inconvenience anyone. This project started weeks ago and we have 8 more to go!
We spent a while shopping around for a pool. We had a design we loved but wanted to tweak it slightly and Anchor gave us a design we loved even more! Other companies were out so far on the build and taking on so many jobs which I didn't like. Anchor was incredibly fast, right on schedule and we ran into very little issues that were all corrected immediately! The crews cleaned up after themselves and were all friendly! Bob has been out a few times to help me with questions and we feel confident that we will love our pool for many years to come! Building a pool can be stressful and there are tons of horror stories but I have nothing but happy things to say about my build, process and team!!!
You are not important to this company unless you have already signed a contract with them. Was basically told my inquiry to get a quote didnt matter since I was not under contract with them and they only focus on customers who are ready to start their project now. Communication is terrible and they are rude when you call them on it. If that is any indication, the pool building experience or if there was ever a problem would not be good.
We had an outstanding experience during the construction of our new pool with Anchor Pools. We greatly appreciated their availability to answer questions and fulfill our construction requests. The pool was completed in a very timely manner, even with the setback of a massive rainstorm. Anchor Pools sub-contractors are highly skilled and hard working, as well as respectful of us, our property, and our neighbors. The caliber of materials was top-notch and the finished pool is everything we had hoped for. Many thanks to Miquel, Bill, and especially Bob, who was a great communicator and project manager. It's not every company that has an owner involved in the day to day construction process.
Have waited over a month and half for pricing after deciding on a pool and hot tub design. I have yet to receive a price and just keep getting dragged another week and another week. So, I guess probably not the pool company to go with since they have no consideration for a persons time. It's just a shame because I heard great things about this pool company but clearly they don't need the business and like to waste a persons time after a month and a half. I wish I could leave a negative star.
