Contacted Trusted Pool & Spa late last summer for a quote on a pool. The sales person, Ian, came out and spent a bit of time explaining the entire process, from permitting all the way thru construction. He was so thorough that we decided we would place our trust and money toward Trusted in building out our little paradise. Construction began in early 2026 with excavation, gunite, cage and deck installation, completing mid-April. While the process wasn't without hiccups, John our engineer did his best to keep the process moving forward. Finally, Shawn opened the pool, executed pool university and spent the first 4 weeks teaching our family how to care for the pool. Overall, everyone at Trusted deserves a big kudus for their professionalism in the massive construction project. We have had post install warranty work that has also been exceptional. Overall, wouldn't change our decision to go with Trusted in building the pool, couldn't be happier.
47 weeks after signing our contract we only have a concrete shell in the ground. Nobody has been here the past two weeks but are promising to work on our pool next week. They don't exhibit ANY urgency and the length of time getting to this point has been frustrating at best. At this stage of our experience, I would NOT recommend Trusted Pools and Spa, LLC.
We couldn't be happier with our new pool and the entire experience from start to finish. Project Manager John did an outstanding job overseeing the project, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated how attentive he was to our concerns regarding the close proximity of our neighbors' yards. John took the time to address every concern thoughtfully and ensured the work was completed with care and consideration for the surrounding properties. A special thank you to pool crew Shawn, Tyler, and Andrew for their exceptional work and dedication. All three were knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking, and always willing to answer our questions. Shawn and Tyler especially went above and beyond throughout the project, taking the time to address our concerns, explain the process, and make sure everything was done right. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly stood out. Andrew was also a valuable part of the team and helped ensure the project was completed to the highest standards. Another aspect that impressed us was the sub contracting crew's attention to cleanup. At the end of each workday, they took great care to leave the area neat and organized, which was especially important given the proximity of neighboring properties. Their respect for our home and our neighbors did not go unnoticed. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the beautiful pool they built for us. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service shown by everyone involved are reflected in the finished product. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and skilled pool construction team. Thank you all for turning our backyard into a place our family will enjoy for years to come!
We’re extremely grateful to Chris and Trusted Pool & Spa for the excellent job they did correcting serious issues left behind by our original pool builder. From the beginning, they professional, honest, and detail-oriented. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth and positive experience, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their workmanship and commitment to quality were clear every step of the way, and the final result is beautiful. It’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way and standing behind their work. They even went so far as to schedule and complete our final inspection so after 2+ years we are finally able to close our pool permit! I couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Braden. He always let me know when they were coming, what exactly they were going to be doing! We truly appreciate his hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality pool company.
