We wanted a pool so badly. We shopped around got a few quotes from different companies and decided to go with Dynasty Pools and spas because their quote was $7,000 cheaper than the others. Our sales experience was great, no complaints there’s. We started the project in March and it took about 12 weeks from start to finish. Communication was always lacking. But I can overlook that because that’s usually how it goes in the construction industry. They never communicated to us that all of our sod that we just recently got November would be demolished in our entire back yard so we spent another $5,000 to have it replaced. Once again, we overlooked that bc things slip through the crack. I continually kept making excuses for the lack of communication and inability to take accountability, which I take full responsibility for because I should’ve been on them from day one, but I am not that type of person. ***But here’s where it becomes super aggravating*** we have had nonstop issues with Pool pump and electrical panel the entire time since March and still do to this day. They have sent multiple people out, multiple times. And I’m extremely tired of this issue. Just this week(Wednesday) they had someone out and it’s already back to not working(Friday). Please save yourself the headache and spend the extra money because I have so many regrets about going with this company now. I have already recommended three people to them, and I will not be sending any more business their way. Please educate yourself on the type of control panel you will receiving because it’s a piece of junk :) Plus side: I have a pool that sometimes functions.

I had someone come out for a free quote that seemed like it could be promising to give me what I want ( which is normal stuff) until they left and I didn’t hear nothing for awhile then finally sent over a design that was nothing what we spoke of, then set of 2 more that were nothing like we spoke of. Then he only wanted to talk financially. I’m not talking financially until make a design to my liking. He also wanted 10% down even though I was financing. Very disappointed ☹️
