“If you give a granny the gate gate code…” If you are Looking to have A pool built- look no further! Dynasty Pools is what you are looking for. Listen, I’m a Florida girl and I know that you need two things if you live in this state AC and a pool. The owner of this company (Kevin) is always around and available to speak with in person and on the phone, (And is one of the most personable people That I have dealt with in a long time.) Not only is Kevin amazing but the people who he has working for you will also make you feel the pride In the work that is being done. Lionel And his crew are literally the hardest working people that I have seen doing any job In many years. I truly also liked the fact That the outside contractors that Kevin works with have the same work ethic and got the job done not only seamlessly but immaculately. From start to finish my children now have an oasis to escape to with their family-They will know where their Children are as they grow. Everybody wants to be at the house where they can swim and have fun. The parties that you end up having out on your pool deck are Absolutely amazing-and all the memories that you Create our priceless. A pool Brings peace of mind , It brings serenity and tranquility. I’m confident that Dynasty Pools will be the best gift that you can give to your Family and to yourself. “If you give a granny the gate code… you KNOW she’s going to be Swimming!!” ☺️💞
I recommend this company. We worked with Armando (project manager ) and Nikki (sales / design). The design process went well. We prefer more modern finishes. Nikki accommodated us when we didn’t like the showroom colors. We gave her an idea of what we like and she tracked it down with a warehouse they sometimes work with. We prefer light grays/black / white. The only thing I would have liked would be if there was an explanation of what the glass tile finish would be . The cuts are difficult so a 2 x 1tile is preferred for a seamless look if you are building a spa. We picked a square tile and we didn’t realize this would be an issue.. the corners are really hard to cut. The tile guy did his best and our spa looks beautiful but a 2x 1 tile would have looked immaculate. There were hiccups and little delays here and there . I expect this with any project. I would say on from the customer perspective, patience and communication is key. We requested weekly updates towards the end … Armando accommodated this. He was very responsive and truly cared to make us happy and made sure we loved the end result . This is all I ask for from any company. No process will be hiccup free … but it’s how the company responds is what matters. Our pool is gorgeous! We would recommend this company to our friends.
I can’t say enough great things about this team. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and honestly exceeded every expectation I had. They completed my inground pool in less than 45 days from construction start to completion. That alone is impressive, but what really stood out was how smooth and well-managed everything felt along the way. Ariel was fantastic to work with—extremely patient, responsive, and insightful during the design phase. He provided great guidance and made the process feel easy and collaborative. The team also put together everything I needed for HOA submission, and once approved, they secured a building permit in under a week. Once construction began, Armando was outstanding. He was hands-on, communicative, and clearly takes pride in the work. Their crews move quickly, and because so much of the work is handled in-house, there are no delays or gaps—just steady, consistent progress. This is my third pool build, and I can confidently say this was by far the fastest, easiest, and most stress-free experience I’ve had. Highly, highly recommend this entire team—an absolute pleasure to work with.

Dynasty Pools and Spas of Tampa: license CPC1459886 since 2022, 4.7 on Google from 82 reviews against a 4.52 state average — and only two photos on the site.
Dynasty Pools and Spas builds pools out of Tampa, from Johns Road in Hillsborough County. The domain dates from April 2022 as well, the same month as the license, and the site was being archived by late 2023. So this is a four-year-old company, and the striking thing about it is how much feedback it has gathered in that time. They describe themselves as family owned, which no public register settles either way.
Eight service lines, the full spread: new pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, screen enclosures, water features and outdoor living. Screen enclosures matter on this coast, where they are half of what an outdoor space needs. The gallery is the one clear weakness — two photographs. For a company with this review record that is a strange shortage, and it means there is effectively nothing on the site to judge the standard of finish by. Ask to see finished pools in person or for a proper set of pictures; on the strength of what customers say about the workmanship, the work is almost certainly better than the website shows.
Tampa is the base and the licensed address is on Johns Road there, in Hillsborough County. They publish no pages for individual towns, so their range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — Tampa, Brandon, Lutz and the wider Hillsborough area are the reasonable assumption. One local number and one email address are published, and the office keeps weekday hours, 8am until 5pm, closed at weekends.
Eighty-two people have reviewed them on Google and the average sits at 4.7, which is 0.18 above the 4.52 Florida average. Eighty-two reviews in four years of trading is a lot of finished work, and holding 4.7 across them is the part that matters — a high score on a large count is much harder than a perfect one on a handful. The breakdown is the right shape for a builder: six reviewers name the workmanship first, five the crew's professionalism, five the communication and three the timekeeping. Communication and timekeeping being volunteered as strengths is worth noting, because a crew that goes quiet and a date that slips are the two standard complaints about this trade. Nothing negative recurred: no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers. Their site calls them the best pool builder, which is marketing rather than a standing anyone holds; the 4.7 across 82 customers is the part that stands up on its own.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1459886 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since April 2022. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate before anyone digs.
Genuinely good, and on a count that means something. They sit at 4.7 from 82 Google reviews, 0.18 above the 4.52 Florida average — and eighty-two reviews inside four years is a lot of completed work. Six reviewers name the workmanship, five the professionalism, five the communication and three the timekeeping, and no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers.
Barely — two photographs. That is the clear gap here, and it sits oddly against a review record this strong. Ask to visit a finished pool or for a full set of pictures before you decide; several customers praise the workmanship specifically, so there should be plenty to show.
Since 2022 — the license was issued in April that year and the domain registered the same month, so about four years. The review count suggests they have been busy throughout. Ask to see a build finished two or three years ago as well as a recent one.
