Great experience working with Fox Pools from the initial contact via their website, to Merle, Brandon, Lawrence, Broderick, Susie, and Maryann. Signed the contract in April 2023. The pool construction began in late Oct, 2023. Pool completion in mid Feb 2024. The team addresses all questions and brings up any potential challenges so that the client is NOT surprised. It is a big project, impacts neighbors and all the subs were as quiet, efficient, and clean as possible. Any pool issues are dealt with promptly. I contacted six firms prior to Fox Pools. Some firms did NOT communicate back, some businesses would rather build many pools in a new subdivision, some firms simply went stealth after an initial design, and some businesses do not work within the City of Sarasota. Fox Pools truly enjoys constructing one of a kind pools. I am grateful to the team for such a painless experience on a complicated and major construction project. I also appreciated that the website lists the equipment brands used and the sourcing of several US suppliers. I highly recommend Fox Pools, a family owned company.

When we decided to build a pool I started to research. Fox Pools was the only company I could find in our area with an A+ BBB rating and they had no negative reviews From the first day I knew I had made the right choice. Their Sales Rep, Merle, called me back the same day, in fact within less than half an hour to set up a consultation. We set up a plan and a target date for beginning the project. The process started right on time and was finished within the paramaters we were given. Every contractor that worked for Fox Pools were effecient, professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I also found out most of them had been with Fox Pools for many years, some for almost 20 years. That was very impressive to me. Long story short, Fox Pools was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't love our new pool more. Thank you to Ed, Merle and all the contractors and office staff we worked with. We highly recommend this company.

We had a hard time finding a quality pool company to resurface our pool. Fox Pools did a fantastic job. We had to wait a few months to start, but they made us aware of the delay up front. New PebbleTec, tile, pool coping, pool filter and pump. We also converted the spa into a sunshelf. Could not be happier. It took a while as all the subcontractors are busy. We understood that. There was some concrete spray from the gunite on our pool cage. Brandon had his team come back to scrub the screen and cleaned it all up. Many pool companies we spoke to wanted to tear out the pool and build a new one with a corresponding price tag. Fox was happy to do as we asked. We checked for lawsuits, contractor's license, etc. and Fox Pools came up clean. We did our homework. We highly recommend Fox Pools.

Fox Pools did a fantastic job with our pool. They worked closely with us to select the proper equipment that would match our needs and the features that we desired in the pool. As we modified the design, Fox quickly made adjustments to the design and the quote. Construction was extremely quick and efficient and explanations on the process were very helpful to us since we had never built a pool. The equipment selection was all from Pentair and guidance was provided on equipment selection that maximized performance without adversely impacting the cost. A remote monitoring and control system was installed and has worked extremely well once we improved the Wi-Fi signal to the unit. We highly recommend Fox Pools.
