We had a fantastic experience with Goldsmith Pools from start to finish. It was our second time working with Charlee on a pool project, and the main reason we went with Goldsmith. She was amazing the first time and somehow even better the second time! She listened and really helped my vision come together. Justin, our project manager, was equally great. Communication was clear throughout the build, and our saltwater pool was completed on the timeline we were originally told, which is honestly rare these days and very appreciated. I also really appreciated that the crew throughout the build were mostly the same individuals. They were friendly, professional, and just a really great group of people. The quality of the work and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Goldsmith Pools to anyone considering a pool build.
So many good things to say about this company . We chose goldsmith pools because of their reputation of being a trustworthy, christian local company . Justin, our project manager was extremely communicative throughout the entire building process from start to finish . He kept us informed every step of the way along with being onsite often and always reachable by phone at any time. Our pool was finished before our expected date and all minor concerns were corrected and made right without question. We are so happy with our new pool and would recommend the Goldsmith pool company to anyone looking to work with a trustworthy quality builder and team.
Goldsmith Pools, out of Lakeland, FL, designed and built us a pool with a 25’ infinity edge and a hot tub with spill over fountain into the pool. Their design ideas were both beautiful and functional. Goldsmith Pools were able to design and build a pool that fully used the available space in an aesthetically beautiful way. We have not built or owned a pool before, so having their knowledge and patience was invaluable. We elected to go with a PebbleTec pool finish. This type of finish requires extra and different attention to the install, pool fill and care, for the first bit. Goldsmith Pools did all of this and we did not have to worry about it. There were a couple of hiccups with the the water flow but the issue was addressed immediately and no short cuts were taken to fix up the problem. Wow When it came time to turn over the pool to us, there was extensive training and explanation on how to work the pool, what all the equipment was and how to look after it. Two and a half years later, our (less now) phone calls are still answered. Wow again. Thank you so much Goldsmith Pools, for your part in building our paradise get away. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful. Mark and Kelly

Starts with Goldsmith Pools — Lakeland, Polk County. My project is somewhere else
Goldsmith Pools of Lakeland: a clean 5.0 on Google from 51 reviews with no negative reviews on record, focused on new construction and renovation.
Goldsmith Pools works from North Galloway Road in Lakeland, Polk County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1459406, is on record and current — it does not appear anywhere on their own website, which is worth knowing only because it means you should ask for it rather than assume. Their domain dates from 2020. They make no marketing claims at all: no awards, no warranty headline, no family-owned line, no ranking. There is nothing here for us to check against the record, because they have asserted nothing beyond doing the work — and as it turns out the work speaks loudly enough.
A deliberately narrow list: new pool construction and renovation. Nothing else — no service line, no repairs, no screen enclosures. From a firm with this review record that reads as focus, and the accounts bear it out: one customer describes a pool built with a twenty-five foot infinity edge and a hot tub spilling over into it, which is not entry-level work. If your job is a repair or ongoing maintenance, they are not the firm for it; if it is an ambitious build or a full renovation, they are. The gap in the profile is pictures — only three project photographs are published, which for work of that description is a real omission. Ask for a portfolio and for addresses you can drive past.
Lakeland and Polk County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Auburndale and the surrounding county is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. They publish no opening hours, so the phone or the sales email is the way in. The most recent activity on their site shows in April, so the website is maintained rather than worked on.
A clean 5.0 on Google from 51 reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with no rating below top marks and no negative review of any kind on record. Fifty-one customers is a real sample — well past the point where friends and family could account for it — and holding a perfect score across that many is the hardest thing on this page to do. Three separate praise themes clear our reporting floor and they are the three that matter: professionalism named by eleven customers, communication by seven, and build quality by five. Eleven of fifty-one volunteering the same thing is a strong signal rather than a scattering of goodwill, and communication being the second most-named is notable because it is the most common thing to go wrong on a build that runs for months. The most useful account on record is from a customer on their second pool project with the company — repeat business is the one endorsement that cannot be manufactured, because the person has already paid once and chose to do it again. The honest cautions are about what is missing rather than what is wrong: three photographs is not enough to judge a portfolio, no warranty terms are published so they have to be asked for, and a 5.0 across 51 reviews is an outstanding record rather than an unarguable one — several firms here carry several hundred. Get the warranty in writing, ask for the pictures, and this is among the strongest profiles on the list.

A clean 5.0 from 51 reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with nothing negative on record at all. Three themes clear our reporting floor: professionalism (eleven customers), communication (seven) and build quality (five). One customer was on their second project with the company, which is the endorsement that cannot be manufactured.
Treat it as outstanding rather than unarguable. Fifty-one is well past the point where friends could account for it, and holding a 5.0 across that many customers is genuinely hard. But several builders here carry several hundred reviews, and a bigger sample is a stronger statement. Nothing about this record looks manufactured.
New pool construction and renovation only — no service, no repairs, no screen enclosures. One customer describes a pool with a twenty-five foot infinity edge and a hot tub spilling into it, so ambitious builds are within their range. If your job is a repair or ongoing maintenance, look elsewhere.
Barely — only three project photographs are published, which for the kind of work their reviews describe is the weakest part of this profile. Ask for a full portfolio and for addresses of finished jobs you can go and look at; with a record this clean, seeing the work should be the easy part.
Their license, CPC1459406, is on record with the state and current, but it does not appear anywhere on their own website — so ask them for it directly and check it yourself. They publish no warranty terms either, so get those in writing before you sign.
