Having who we actually designed the pool with here to make sure what we discussed was actually happening was amazing and so reassuring. Brad was super helpful with the start up and making sure we felt comfortable and confident taking over maintaining this beautiful pool on our own. I can’t say enough about how great Gulf Coast was to work with from the very beginning to our finished pool and paver deck. Blake was absolutely awesome, no pressure or attempt to upsell and listened very carefully to exactly what we wanted and gave us rendered drawings that showed us what the final product would look like. From stories I had heard from other people who recently installed a pool, I was expecting a long drawn out process taking months. Instead I was astounded at how fast and efficient GC’s entire process was and how every person on their team was extremely courteous and polite and took time to answer any questions we had during the process. GC initially said it would take 6 to 8 weeks, which was already much faster than others had told us, but then they truly amazed us by doing an absolutely excellent job and completed our pool and large paver deck in just in just 4 weeks and 3 days! Also, they provided above and beyond support after the installation to make sure we understood how all of the pool equipment worked and how to maintain the pool. Brad made several trips over here and did all of the pool chemical applications and testing for a full two weeks afterwards. He also always immediately answered any text or calls that we made to him and always gives us his full attention. This is a great local family owned company and I highly recommend them.

When making the decision to build a pool the biggest fear is picking the wrong contractor. This company from the initial design to turning the pool over to me at pool school was an enjoyable experience. There were challenges along the way but the team never wavered and we worked through them to complete a pool that far exceeded our dream and vision. You also hear about pool companies taking forever to complete. Not these guys, they finished way ahead of our expectations. Blake and Brad were absolute professionals and know their product well. At each critical stage you will find them on the site to make sure all goes well. I highly recommend them.
