I do not have the words to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Mike at Inspire Pools. We were told by two other companies a pool would be too difficult to put into our backyard, but Mike made it happen. Our backyard space has been transformed into a beautiful area to entertain with our family and friends. Mike was there every step and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a pool. The job was finished, exactly as we discussed with no delays. It was evident Mike and his team cared about the details to make sure we loved the end result. Again, thank you to Inspire Pools for all the future years of playing in the sun!

Inspire pools was the only pool company that was able to truly capture my vision and make it come to life! They work in a timely manner and have incredible crews that get the job done! So grateful I went with Inspire to create my backyard oasis!

My son had just bought a new home in Altamonte Springs and was having trouble trying to find a newer pool light to replace his old one with. Mike went over and beyond trying to find one to fit his pool. He exhausted all his energy and resources in looking for one. If you were looking for a reliable and honest, Pool man, Mike is your guy.

About Inspire Pools LLC

Inspire Pools of Altamonte Springs: licensed since 2022, a clean 5.0 from seven reviews, with a record for taking on jobs other companies turned down.

Who they are

Inspire Pools works from Plumosa Avenue in Altamonte Springs, Seminole County. Our source list records them under Fort Pierce, which does not match their own address or their customers' — one review describes work at a house in Altamonte Springs — so read them as a Seminole County builder in the Orlando metro, not a Treasure Coast one. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1459889, was issued in April 2022 and is current — four years. They make no marketing claims at all: no awards, no warranty headline, no ranking. One practical point: they publish no phone number, and two of the four email addresses on their site belong to other companies entirely — a web developer and an unrelated business — so use one of the two on their own domain.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation and resurfacing, repairs, and spas and hot tubs. Four lines, and the repair line is worth noting because it is where their most telling review sits. They publish a full set of twenty-four project photographs, which is the most useful part of the site, and they were updating it today. Weekday hours from half past seven, which is early — useful on a Florida build, where the good work happens before the afternoon heat.

Where they work

Altamonte Springs and the northern Orlando metro. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Park, Maitland and the surrounding Seminole and Orange County area is the sensible reading. Because our source list has them under Fort Pierce, be explicit about your own address when you call: if you are on the Treasure Coast, do not assume they cover it. Their site was updated today, which puts them among the very few on this list actively working on it.

What the record shows

A clean 5.0 on Google from seven reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with no rating below top marks and nothing negative on record. Seven reviews is a very small sample — too small for any theme to reach our reporting floor, so there is nothing we can report as a pattern, and we are not going to pretend seven reviews say more than they do. What the two detailed accounts describe is unusual enough to be worth reading anyway, because both are about taking on work other people would not. In the first, a customer had been told by two other companies that what they wanted could not be done, and Inspire did it. In the second, somebody's son had just bought a house and could not find a replacement for an obsolete pool light; the company went and sorted it out. Neither is a big-ticket build. Both are the same kind of thing: the awkward job, the small job, the one with no money in it. That is a genuine and specific signal about character, and it is more informative than the score. There is no complaint theme and nothing negative at all. The cautions are straightforward: four years and seven reviews cannot show you how they handle a job that goes wrong, no warranty terms are published, and there is no phone number on the site. Ask for a number and the warranty in writing, and if your job is a full new build rather than a repair or a difficult retrofit, ask for references from new construction specifically — that is the part of their range the record says least about.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Where are they actually based?

Altamonte Springs, in Seminole County, in the Orlando metro. Our source list records them under Fort Pierce, which matches neither their own address nor their customers' — one review describes work in Altamonte Springs. Be explicit about your address when you call; if you are on the Treasure Coast, do not assume they cover it.

What do the reviews actually say?

A clean 5.0 from seven reviews, above the 4.52 Florida average, with nothing negative on record. Seven is too small a sample for any theme to be reported. But both detailed accounts describe the same thing: taking on work others would not. One customer had been told by two other companies that their job was impossible; another needed an obsolete pool light replaced and the company sorted it.

Which email address should I use?

One of the two on their own domain. Their site also lists an address belonging to a web developer and one belonging to an unrelated company — neither will reach them. They publish no phone number at all, so ask for one before you commit to anything.

Should I trust a perfect score from seven reviews?

Only as far as seven customers can take you. It is a good sign and there is nothing negative on record, but a sample that size cannot show you how a company handles a job that goes wrong. What is more informative here is the kind of job they took on rather than the score itself.

Are they better at repairs or new builds?

The record is strongest on awkward and small work — a difficult retrofit and an obsolete light. They do list new construction and renovation, but nothing on record describes a full new build, so ask for references from new construction specifically if that is your project.
