We went with Louden on a friend’s outstanding recommendation. After having gone through experiences with a bad contractor for a remodel, Louden has restored our belief in good, honest, quality work and pride giving great customer service. This whole process was flawless and could not have been easier. Everyone in the office and on site were extremely nice and informative. They work clean. They leave the site clean every day. No delays (thank you weather!) so they stayed ahead of schedule the whole way! We didn’t even have to think about anything; the work just got done efficiently. Every step from the dig to frame to tile, deck and plaster was done with skill and quickly. The attention to detail is amazing and when folks on pool owner FB pages ask what something should look like because their builder’s quality was poor, I proudly share what Louden has done. The sales process through the build was so smooth, designing exactly what we wanted coming in under budget. The payment timetables are on point when so many other builders take giant deposits upfront only to not do the work or use that money to build someone else’s pool, delaying your own and not paying subcontractors. None of these headaches with Louden. Our experience definitely shows why they’ve been in business so long. Thank you!
No service. Left a message last Friday and again today to discuss pool resurfacing. No response.
Borz family I recently had the pleasure of working with Louden Bounded pools and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, DJ, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us through every step of the process with patience and expertise. The entire team was hands-on and dedicated, ensuring that our vision for the pool came to life seamlessly. Their professionalism and commitment to quality truly set them apart. We are thrilled with the new pool and grateful for the fantastic experience.
We have driven by the company many times and we’re really looking forward to inquiring about building a new pool at our home. Husband and I were going to drop in but decided to call ahead. I spoke to Dee and explained our interest and she put me through to Sarah who does the scheduling but I received Sarah’s voicemail and had to leave a message. After waiting several hours with no return call, I called again and reached Kaitlyn who seemed very stressed and somewhat rude. I told her I had called earlier and was waiting for Sarah and she said they were having phone issues. She then put me through to Sarah and I asked her if she received my message………no, she had not listened to her messages. She stated she did not have the sales people’s schedules but she could take my info and then make an appointment. Long story short, we had planned to drop in as we had very limited time in town and decided to call instead and essentially got nowhere…… This is not the start we hoped for. We have built pools in the past post new home construction and had great experiences. However, we have tried a few companies in recent months and cannot seem to get anywhere. Since the pandemic, everything costs at least double and no one seems eager for new business. So, we will do nothing and stick with the big pool aka the ocean.
It took me a lot of time and consideration before deciding to get a pool. The minute I met DJ I felt like I had known him my whole life. He was super easy-going and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. He built me a beautiful pool within my budget and I couldn't be happier with the process. Sarah in the office is amazing. She got me answers to the many questions I had in the process and along the way. Todd is a fantastic project manager Combing over the fine details of part of the process ensuring that it is don't properly. I can't say enough good things about Louden and their team it has truly been a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to working with them again on future homes.
Wonderful experience, great customer, service, professionalism, awesome communication, exceptional, color, choices, and tile choices. I could go on and on about the amazing experience we had. Everything was fantastic from the planning stage all the way through the digging and the final stages. This is a pool company. You can trust to give you a beautiful product and great customer service.

Louden Bonded Pools works from Blue Springs Road in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, on Florida pool contractor license CPC1460249 — current since June 2023 and running to August 2028. Their domain tells a longer story: registered in February 2001 and archived since April the same year. A license issued in 2023 behind a website running since 2001 usually means a license re-issued or transferred rather than a new business, and Florida publishes nothing that would settle which, so the honest reading is that the current license is three years old and the name has been trading online for twenty-five. They build new pools, take commercial work, and handle renovation, repair, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living. They keep a warranty-claims page, which is more than most firms on this list publish.
Google has them at 4.2 from 59 reviews. The Florida average across the 346 builders on this directory is 4.52, so they sit about three tenths below the middle — and on 59 reviews that is a real position rather than a wobble.
Six reviewers name their professionalism and four the quality of the build. The strongest account comes from a customer who arrived on a friend's recommendation after a bad experience with another contractor, and says Louden restored their faith in the trade.
Both critical reviews describe the same thing, and it happens before any work starts. One customer left a message about pool resurfacing on a Friday, called again the following week, and got no reply. Another had driven past the premises for years, meant to call in, phoned ahead first — and the account ends the same way. Two separate people describing an unanswered enquiry is a pattern, and it is a strange one for a firm with 59 reviews and a warranty page. If you cannot get through, that is the documented failure rather than bad luck.
The licensed address is in West Palm Beach and their published phone is a 772 number, which is the Treasure Coast rather than Palm Beach. They keep a page for Port St. Lucie. Between the two, read their range as the Palm Beaches up through the Treasure Coast. 24 project photographs are published on the site.
Getting hold of them is the first test, and on this record it is a real one — if the first call goes unanswered, take that seriously rather than trying again for a fortnight. Once you are through, ask for the warranty document itself rather than the page about it, and read what it excludes. Get the scope, the exclusions and a completion date in writing. Ask which office the work will be run from, since the address and the phone number point at different parts of the coast. The license is real; ask for the insurance certificate separately.
Answered from this record — not by the business.
Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1460249 has been current since June 2023 and runs to August 2028. Ask for the insurance certificate separately — Florida publishes nothing that would confirm cover.
Their current license dates from 2023, and their domain has been registered since February 2001. A license can be re-issued or transferred, and Florida publishes nothing that would settle which happened here, so the checkable facts are those two dates rather than a number of years.
4.2 from 59 Google reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory — roughly three tenths below the middle, on a sample large enough to be meaningful.
Both describe an enquiry that went unanswered before any work began. One customer left a message about resurfacing and called again days later with no reply. Another phoned ahead before visiting and had the same experience. Two separate people on the same subject is a pattern.
The licensed address is West Palm Beach, their phone is a Treasure Coast 772 number, and they keep a page for Port St. Lucie — so read it as the Palm Beaches up through the Treasure Coast, and ask which office would run your job.
