⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Experience with Miromar Pool – Highly Recommended! If you’re looking for a pool company that truly delivers on quality, professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, and outstanding customer service, look no further than Miromar Pool. From our very first consultation to the final walkthrough, our experience was absolutely exceptional. Our journey began with Sharon, our sales associate, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is truly THE BEST—second to none! From day one, Sharon was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us create the pool we envisioned. She took the time to listen to our ideas, answer every question, and guide us through the many decisions involved in building a pool. We never felt pressured or rushed. Instead, we felt supported and confident that we had chosen the right company. Building a pool is a significant investment, and naturally, we had many questions and concerns throughout the process. The entire Miromar Pool team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. They listened carefully to what we wanted and remained honest, transparent, and committed to making sure we were comfortable with every decision. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent communication throughout the entire project. We were consistently kept informed about progress, scheduling, permitting, timelines, and next steps. Knowing what to expect made such a major project feel organized, manageable, and surprisingly stress-free. The construction crew deserves special recognition as well. They were professional, punctual, respectful of our property, and clearly took tremendous pride in their work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident throughout every stage of construction. They maintained the work area responsibly and made sure each phase of the project was completed with care and precision. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Every detail came together beautifully, and the quality of the workmanship is evident throughout the entire pool and surrounding area. Seeing our vision become a reality was incredibly exciting, and Miromar Pool delivered exactly what we had hoped for—and more. Now that our pool is complete, we could not be happier! It has completely transformed our backyard into a beautiful space where our family and friends can gather, relax, enjoy time together, and create lasting memories. We receive compliments every time someone visits our home, and we are always proud to tell them, “Miromar Pool built it!” I also want to give very special recognition to the team members we had the pleasure of dealing with firsthand: Sharon, Anmsi, Dairi, Danny, Fabrisio, Freddy, Howard, Yosbel, Carlos, William, Yoandry and Juan — THANK YOU! Each of you went above and beyond for our family. Your professionalism, patience, kindness, responsiveness, hard work, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Every person played an important role in making our experience so positive, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did to bring our vision to life. We wholeheartedly recommend Miromar Pool to anyone considering building a pool. They exceeded our expectations from beginning to end, and if we had to make the decision all over again, we would choose Miromar Pool without hesitation. Thank you for bringing our dream backyard to life. Our pool is everything we hoped for and so much more! 🏊‍♀️☀️

This company is great! From the first contact to the completion. Leo was in contact during the complete process. Completed before projection date. I am giving them 5 stars and recommend them for all pool installations. I do recommend looking at other pool designs before committing, we changed our mind several times so much to absorb. Leo had us go to other pools completed to look at pavers and additional options well worth the extra time. GREAT COMPANY!! 2 months after the pool install. Dear Management, I am writing to express concerns regarding the post-installation support and customer service associated with my pool project. The pool construction was completed to a high standard, and my family and I are very pleased with the finished product. However, several interactions during and after installation left me disappointed with how customer concerns were handled. Approximately 60 days after the pool was filled and cured, Miromar activated the salt generator system and discovered that the newly installed unit was defective and displaying error codes. I was informed that I would need to manage the warranty replacement process myself. Given that the component failed upon initial activation, I did not believe that responsibility should fall on the customer. I contacted Leo to discuss the issue. After several conversations, he stated that he would speak with Erica and provide an update the following morning. When I did not receive a call, I followed up and was unable to reach him. After contacting the office and requesting a manager, I was told Leo would contact me directly. During our subsequent conversation, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that I was spoken to unprofessionally. The discussion became confrontational, and I ended the call. To the company’s credit, the defective component was replaced the following day and the issue was resolved. Several months later, a Miromar employee came to my residence to post a Lee County permit. Earlier that day, I had new landscape concrete curbing installed. After inspecting the area, it appeared the employee had stepped on the freshly poured curbing while posting the permit, leaving a visible footprint. I immediately raised the issue and requested to speak with a manager. I was told the permitting department would address the matter. Approximately two hours later, Leo called and stated that, because there was no video evidence, Miromar would not accept responsibility for the damage. The conversation again became contentious, and I ended the call. Following that discussion, I received several text messages from Leo that I considered derogatory and unprofessional. My purpose in writing is not to criticize the quality of the pool construction, which was excellent, but to bring attention to concerns regarding customer service and communication. Customers who make a significant investment should feel that their concerns are addressed respectfully and professionally. Please do not have Leo contact me in the future. I would appreciate management’s review of these incidents and any feedback regarding how such concerns are handled. I believe this feedback could help improve the customer experience for future clients. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, David Monken

About Miromar Pools, LLC

Miromar Pools of North Fort Myers: 219 reviews, broad praise, and no single fault behind the score. FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

Miromar Pools works out of North Fort Myers in Lee County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1458006, current since April 2010 — sixteen years. Their domain dates to 2019 and the site was revised in July 2026. No separate area pages are published, so North Fort Myers and the surrounding Lee County area is the working assumption.

What their reviews say

4.3 from 219 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52 — slightly below the field, on a large enough body of feedback that the figure is settled rather than provisional. The praise is broad: eleven customers raised professionalism independently, six the build quality, four the communication and three their keeping to schedule. No complaint theme was raised by two or more people across 219 accounts.

Worth asking about

That combination is worth reading carefully — 219 reviews, four separate praise themes, no recurring complaint, and still two tenths under the state average. It means there is no single fault to point at and the difference sits in individual accounts, so read the one and two star reviews directly rather than relying on the number. Then ask who runs your build day to day, since a company at this volume runs more than one crew.
