Stay away from this pool company. I had a new house built in Naples Florida. The builder referred me to Nassau Pools to build the pool, deck and install the fire pit. They charged me over 100k. The contact set the deepest part of the pool at 5 feet. They incorrectly built it to 5 1/2 feet. The pavers were discolored. The trek deck was not nailed correctly. When they removed the deck there was lunch from the workers , empty water bottle, the drain was not connected and improper support. The owner, sales person and their CEO came to my home to discuss these problems. The builder, a major publicly traded company attended but they were useless. The owner refused to properly make the repairs. He wanted to do a substandard repair. The owner became so angry when I refused his offer that he wanted to fight with me but other people held him back. He was removed him from my property and he was told if he returned that he would be arrested. Another company was brought in to fix the problems. Nassau Pools changed the depth of the pool to 5 feet. Need I say more. Recently, Greg from Nassau Pools contacted me to resolve issues due to lightning striking my pool equipment. He told me that there have been many positive changes at Nassau Pools and he wanted a chance to repair the relationship and help me fix the pool equipment. He immediately dispatched a senior person to my home to diagnose the problem. Within the next couple of days the parts were obtained and the problem was fixed. This senior person brought to my attention other potential issues and offered to resolve them. Over the next week he ordered the parts and implemented the upgrades. He did a very good job and he was very professional. In addition, Greg has offered to assist me with additional projects involving my pool and I look forward to working with him. I believe Greg is a stand up person and with the changes at Nassau Pools I can now confidently recommend them highly.
Top Notch Company & People!!! I bought a home in the Quarry without a pool. Decided on Nassau based on reviews, price, and Joe their salesman. I was in NJ 90% of the time! They not only got the job done faster than originally discussed, but with 0 change orders & 0 extra costs. Installing a pool is NOT an easy task, especially in FL with homes on top of each other. Were there a few small issues, of course, there probably always is. But they were taken care of quickly, professionally, and at 0 cost to me. Like it should be. Joe their salesman was always available to me, even well after the sale. Always there to provide status, answer questions, whatever I needed. Never once said, go to talk to someone else. Brian, the job supv, never once pushed me off or didn't answer me. Even a text sent on a Saturday night was answered. Even on SUNDAY!!! I have had pools installed in NJ previously. It truly was never this easy. I even pointed out 1 paver with a small dent in it. When I got home the next day, it was already fixed!!! They are that good. Also, I met the owner at their office and he was the nicest man & most thankful person I have ever met. What's funny, due to 1 review, I almost didn't go with them!!! Then it hit me. They have been doing this for 50+ YEARS. I am going to not use them due to 1 person??? What about the other 1,000's of happy people who don't post a word? When your happy, you don't say anything. When you are mad you tell the world. SOOOOOO glad I went with them. Thank you Joe & Brian & everyone at Nassau. Loving my pool!!!!

A special thank you to Marni for her incredible support and attention to detail during our most recent pergola project. It was a true team effort — Nassau Pools created a breathtaking new pool and deck, and we were proud to complement their work with a one-of-a-kind custom pergola and screen enclosure from Ron’s Custom Screens, completing the outdoor space beautifully. My Pool was completed February 2023. I am so happy with the pool and the entire staff of Nassau Pools. From the start working with Carol Roberts to creating my custom design pool, to Mike the GC on the project, always keeping me posted on the progress and making sure all done on time and correctly, till today when I had a question and called the office spoke with Deanna. The support was right on top of it. Mike the GC came out the same day .. just to check to make sure all was good. I am so happy I picked Nassau Pools thank you all, my Family and I are truly enjoying the Pool. 6-20-2023 Jean I wanted to add a follow‑up to my original review from 2023. I’ve been enjoying my pool ever since it was completed, and it has truly been a great experience. Recently, I had a small issue with my pump and lights. I called Nassau just to ask about the cost of getting it fixed. To my surprise, they came out within just a few days and were able to resolve everything at no charge. My pool is running perfectly again, and I couldn’t be happier. Nassau’s customer service continues to be outstanding. I’m so glad that when I was deciding which company to build my pool, I chose Nassau. Jean 3-5-2026
I regret going with Nassau Pools for my pool construction. At first, they are "the best". They return your calls, they send you renderings, they are flexible and attentive. Once construction starts, you are lucky if you can get a hold of them and then the delays start. What was going to be 3 months become 6. They are only on time when they want their payment but their customer service, from the administrative staff to the site managers and supervisors are rude and dismissive. The deck quality is horrendous. Only a few months after completion you start having a lot of issues and they don't even get back to you or they take their sweet time to call you back. You call and the lady always says she will send the request to the "service department". Well, good luck with that! They also messed up my sprinkler system but they "warn you" about this at the beginning and have a clause in their contract. Still, they are careless. They also forget to schedule inspections! The inspector himself told me it is not rare for them to do that. They call the inspections weeks later than they should. Besides quality and delays, what really bothers me is their attitude. From the designer to the site supervisors, they seem bothered by your questions or requests and they act dismissive towards your concerns. All they always reply is "we've been in business for over 30 years, we know what we are doing". Well, in 30 years you have not learned to treat your customers properly! I do not know the options because this is my first pool but I would suggest you look somewhere else if you need a new pool or pool remodeling
We had our pool installed 5 years ago; we've had nothing but problems. The installation was shoddy and the Jandy equipment used have gone bad multiple times. The salt cell has gone bad 3 times and the LED lights have gone bad 3 times. Replacement of a LED light that should have lasted many years is to the tune of $1,000 just for the part. Customer service said they would honor part replacement for the LED light out of warranty because it was a known defect. While trying for months to coordinate the light replacement, they blatantly backed out of their promise using the supply chain issue as the excuse. We used Nassau because our builder said they were reputable. However, he now admits that was a past reputation as he has received so many complaints about Nassau. Use any other pool company other than Nassau even if it costs more. The money saved is not worth the aggravation. This is not a honorable company.
