We loved every aspect of the pool building process with Palace Pools and our pool looks beautiful and the design is so creative considering the amount of space and shape of our yard. The decision to move forward with them as our builder came after 2 years of getting proposals and saying no because the sales people seemed so dishonest and didn’t make us feel comfortable. When our salesman came over, there was a huge difference in his knowledge and the way he treated us from measuring through proposal and subsequent design changes. He was Tim Davis. He was not the cheapest of the bunch, but he came across more up front and trust worthy vs. the others trying to bundle and hide things etc. Just give people an accurate estimate that lays out all the components! His design maximized our limited space and we are pleased with the outcome. Our screened enclosure was done by the Screen Guys and every last one of those guys that worked on our screen were amazing. It is so well constructed and beautiful again based on our limited space this looks remarkably great! I highly recommend Palace Pools. You can reach out to me if you have questions! I could have sworn I left a review a few years ago. I was just going to update mine but couldn't find it, so leaving a new one now. Palace pools is great! They did my pool about 3 years ago, and I have no complaints about that process. I am sure prices have gone up like every other thing in the world, but at the time their prices were very reasonable. 3 years later and there are no issues with their workmanship whatsoever. During this time, I have had 2 or 3 Pentair parts that were in warranty that needed replacing, which is a Pentair problem, not a Palace problem, but they are friendly and helpful, and get it looked at right away. Ashley who answers the phone and gets it all coordinated is also super friendly and helpful as well!

Palace Pools repaired my pool this morning. I am overwhelmingly pleased with this company’s professionalism, and timeliness. I am wheelchair bound and I needed my pool for hydrotherapy. The filter stopped working two weeks ago and my repair maintenance man wasn’t able to fix it but when I called Palace Pools, he sent out, the gentleman, Alan, today. He handled the situation expeditiously and he was so professional and I would recommend them to the moon and back. I am just so thankful that they were able to correct the problem in such a professional and timely fashion. Truly a Five Star company and you can’t go wrong with them. Thanks most much Alan for being so knowledgeable and resolving our problem. Just love you guys.
