There is absolutely not enough time or space in this review to sing the praises on Pools by Bradley. From initial contact with the pool designer to the delivery of the finished pool followed by countless calls for help and advice on even the most mundane questions, Pools by Bradley stood by us! This review is long overdue since the pool was finished in April 2021, yet it should provide you (the reader) with an even better appreciation of the quality product they built for us. Here we are over 4 years later and I am sitting on my amazing enclosed deck listening to the soothing sound of the water features they installed. Obviously, we do weekly cleaning and maintenance year round (but that’s what you are supposed to do anyway) and sealed the pavers after everything settled (per Bradley’s suggestion) and our deck and pool show very very little wear and tear. That is the type of quality you can expect if you hire Pools by Bradley. If you are even remotely on the fence as to what company to hire I recommend you RUN to NOT walk to Pools by Bradley. They are amazing. And by the way, I interviewed 6 companies when I did my research and Bradley was middle of the pack price-wise. Certainly not the cheapest and way far from being the most expensive. You get what you pay for, and I would go as far to say that we got more for our money than I could have ever imagined. To sit here going on year 5; and aside from a few equipment warranty issues we have had no reason for Bradley to come back to fix anything (you select your own equipment so don’t go cheap and the warranty is handled by the equipment makers NOT Bradley) we couldn’t be happier!! Beyond happy. Full disclosure, This is an absolute real review from a real satisfied customer and we received no compensation or anything else for that matter for this 100% honest review! Have fun designing your pool and enjoy the finished product. We are excited for you. Pools by Bradley Rock!!
After two years of searching, working with five different pool contractors, and signing two contracts with other companies, I can confidently say that Bradleys Pools, with Kaysen at the helm, was the right choice for us. Kaysen’s expertise and patience gave us the assurance we needed. She provided details and insight that other companies didn’t even mention, which made all the difference. Communication was a top priority for us, and Joe and Carole truly exceeded our expectations. Carole kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew who to expect and what was happening. Joe’s experience and knowledge put our minds at ease—he was always available to address any concerns, and he responded to calls and emails promptly. His support during the hurricane was especially comforting and helped us feel confident throughout the process. The screen enclosure was another highlight. The team at Miller’s Screens did an exceptional job and it was absolutely worth it. Lastly, I can’t give enough praise to Matt. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Professional, patient, and always willing to explain things (even if it was for the 50th time!), Matt made us feel like we were in great hands. His genuine care for his customers is rare, and it made all the difference in our experience. We’re beyond pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Bradleys Pools to anyone looking for a stress-free pool installation.
Pools by Bradley, or Pools FOR Bradley Stop looking and go with Pools by Bradley! We found them after researching the top-rated pool builder in the Orlando area. Now we can pay it forward by confirming they have earned this reputation. We knew absolutely nothing going into the process, and they walked us through it step by step. My wife and I are thrilled with our experience. Thanks to Bob for bringing our vision to life; our pool is a masterpiece. See rendering and final product pics! And we appreciate the entire team – Carole for her unwavering support and updates, and Glenn for his meticulous tile work. Zak and Christian expertly managed all the plumbing and Joe’s guidance and recommendations were greatly appreciated, and Chris helped us from start to the final punch list. Nick’s support over the last few months was invaluable, and a special shoutout to Megan for making us feel like part of the family. We absolutely love PBB’s dedication to giving back to the community, too. Their support for dog-rescue organizations (near and dear to our hearts) shows just how much they care. While the process was more complex than we expected (this was our first pool installation), we understand that creating something special with the right people takes time. Pools by Bradley certainly delivered! We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a pool installation. Thank you all—we can't wait to enjoy our new pool after the winter freeze! We had a great experience working with Pools by Bradley and are thrilled with how our pool turned out. Jake was our designer, and he was fantastic to work with. He was patient, attentive, and extremely accommodating as we made constant tweaks to the design to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. He never made us feel rushed and genuinely wanted us to end up with the perfect pool. His professionalism and flexibility made the design process enjoyable. Carole was also excellent throughout the project. She provided timely and relevant updates and was always responsive when we had questions. The only area where we felt there could have been improvement was the time between signing the contract and the start of the dig. It took longer than expected, and we would have appreciated more proactive communication during that period. That said, once construction began, things moved along well. We’ve also been pleased with their responsiveness to minor warranty items — they’ve addressed them quickly and without hassle. Most importantly, we absolutely love the final result. The design came together beautifully, and we truly got the exact pool we wanted. Overall, we would recommend Pools by Bradley and are very happy with our decision to work with them.
Working with Pools by Bradley was a bit of a nightmare. They had a ton of turnover during our pool build, causing a great amount of miscommunication and lack of responsiveness. We consistently reminded them to please just tell us what the next step was, and how long we should expect to wait for it. The only way we got information was by sending multiple emails or phone calls. We understood there were supply and labor issues, but simply wanted consistent updates about what to expect and when, even if it changed, which was promised but failed to happen. No one seemed to know what was going on, and a major piece of our design was completely overlooked. They wanted to charge us to pull up tile and redo it because according to them it wasn't in the original design. We had in fact reached out to our designer as soon as we received the blueprint and the item wasn't listed, to which he assured us he had it taken care of and would fix it immediately. Our designer, along with two different field supervisors, left the company while our build was taking place. Whoever was left to take over apparently did not receive all the information, and was going off of the original, not updated blueprint. We were not even notified that several of our team members left the company until we asked why they couldn't be reached or weren't responding to calls & messages. I was very adamant I wanted a saltwater pool. In the end, I learned we received an ozone pool, which uses chlorine. This is NOT what I said I wanted, but it's what we got. When the autofill line was added we questioned if it was safe to have reclaimed water as an autofill for a pool. A little research proved this is in fact NOT what reclaimed water should be used for, as it could ruin the pool interior, as well as negatively affect swimmers. After sharing our discovery and some back and forth about the legitimacy and safety of it, they finally agreed to re-run the autofill line to be attached to the city water line like it should be in the first place. I'm so glad we were keeping a close eye on what was actually taking place! When the pool itself was complete, the screen enclosure went up. We had to point out that our brand new screen enclosure had a pretty noticeable dent in one of the connecting bars at the top that happened during the build. After pointing this out, they sent the company back out to replace the dented bar. Upon pointing out all the inconsistencies and issues with our build, PBB did offer a couple of lounge chairs they had sitting in their warehouse another customer decided they didn't want, and gave us a discount on labor for the pool heater. It's a nice gesture, but hardly makes up for all the frustration during the build. Something the company offers is "Pool School". I was under the impression they come out weekly for a month to go over all the ins and outs of the equipment, and teach how to do the chemicals and essentially be able to care for the pool ourselves. What we got was three hours of this information compacted into a single lesson, and a "call us if you need anything." I will say, Matt, who did our pool training is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I do feel I can call on him if I need to, even though the build is finished. Tyana took over when the other receptionist left (also during our build), and thankfully she was a great communicator and kept us updated. Chris, who apparently became our field supervisor assigned after the two others left during our build was also kind and compassionate regarding all of the 'mess' as it was, but his compassion wasn't enough to fix the part that was overlooked during the build (by no fault of his). We opted not to add the missing part because it is an optional feature and everything was already built around it. In the end, we have a pool we enjoy and looks nice. Even so, I am not confident in giving a more positive review or recommendation, as our experience with the company was far less than stellar, and a large amount of turnover speaks volumes about a company.
It's interesting to see that some of the most recent reviews that have been removed, so I think I think at this point it's appropriate to share my experience. I'm a client signed July 2021 and project start Dec 2022. I was referred by a friend and neighbor who although had some challenges still did recommend Pool by Bradley. After meetings with team and assurance of their honesty and service we went ahead with their service to build our pool in our newly constructed house. Although it all started very well, from design to 1st couple communications, we then we realized that the contact/communication & honestly was just not there. We have had to initiate every single communication as no updates were ever provided (always being made to feel like WE were a bother or just don't understand the process. *FYI this is not the 1st pool we have built in a property * As I mentioned before the project officially started early Dec 2021 and we are now Aug 2022 and still pending for the the screen to be installed. It's been one thing after the other. From materials not being ordered to crew not being properly scheduled. 8 months and still not finished. They continue to say that materials are in back order but multiple of my neighbors and I started our project, actually signed on the very same week and they have been done for over 4 months. Pools by bradley vendors have made comments to us that they have been greedy and taken on more projects than they should have, causing so many delays and always blaming THEM for the delays when in reality they have materials or Pools by Bradley just didn't put the order in time or when they should have becauseof how disorganizedthey have been. We are still dealing with an undone project but since I see comments being removed and others in my community posting on our FB groups thinking of signing with them because all they see are the "positive" comments, thought it was only right to share the REAL experience you will encounter with this company. Very disappointing to say the least!
