Stand Out Pools

I truly appreciate Stand Out pools on the renovation they did on my pool and lanai. The new surface, tile and coping looks wonderful. The brick pavers were done to perfection. I was having a problem with my overflow with all the rain. My pool company could not figure it out, so they had me call Stand Out Pools. Don Dorman was my tech that came to resolve the problem. He analyzed the situation and found the problem. I appreciate the time he took to evaluate the problem and have it working perfectly. Thank you Stand Out Pools and Don. We received a bill today for $385 for a $10 dollar part. They look to get money for a job they completed for a leaking part like the is criminal. I wish I could upload all the pictures here.

Hired Stand Out to clean my tile roof of mold/mildew etc. They showed up on time, workers were pleasant and did the job. Here is the problem. They used a very stringent chemical to clean the roof, but neglected to cover the surrounding plants and hedges. What they did was spray the plants and hedges with water as the other worker sprayed the roof. At first glance this may appear to be satisfactory, but it is not. All of the plants should have been covered and protected. Consequently some of the plants were exposed to the chemicals and died. The worst part was the roof was not thoroughly rinsed so a reside remained and during the first couple of rain storms the residuals fell onto the hedges surrounding the house and killed the side facing the house. In addition a 17 year old Queen Palm which had grown to the height of the roof most have been over sprayed during this procedure and the palm side facing the house died and eventually the entire palm had to be taken down. So be careful when using these folks for cleaning your roof. The roof turned out fine, but the cost may not have been worth it.

Recently my wife and I interviewed 8 pool renovation companies to resurface and tile our 25 year old pool. After meeting with Greg H. we had additional questions. Greg was happy to come back and answer all our questions and provide great advice on the pool surface and tile. We decided to go with Standout pools and could not be more delighted with our decision. Worked with Connor O. and was very pleased with his demeanor and interest in our pool renovation. We had one area around the hot tub which we were not pleased with and Connor came right out and had the issue resolved the same day. Everyone we have dealt with at Standout Pools has been fabulous. I wish I could name them all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Standout Pools for their work ethic start to finish. Competence for a complete renovation and professionalism throughout the process. We recently renovated our old fiberglass pool with outdated tile to a beautiful new stonescapes pool with gorgeous blue glass tile. Derek, the owner, was fantastic and came to the job daily to check on progress. There were no hidden charges, he delivered exactly what was quoted, and when we encountered a couple of hiccups, he stood by everything with honesty and integrity. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction before the job was considered complete. What a pleasure doing business with Derek.
