Stand Out Pools

Stand Out Pools did a fantastic job with remodeling our pool. Our pool was 19 years old - we had the inside redone, tile replaced, and the deck redone. We met with five different companies about the remodel. Most of them would not come after 5:00 pm or on a Saturday, but Derek from Stand Out Pools did not have a problem with coming after 5:00 or on Saturday. On top of that, Stand Out Pools pricing was much better compared to the other companies. The communication with Derek was outstanding. I could email him at 6:00 am with questions and he would reply before 8:00 am. I even emailed him with a problem after 5:00 pm on a Friday and he called me immediately. Derek said the job would take three weeks as long as the weather was good and it took exactly three weeks. They even called to ask if they could start a couple days early because they finished another job early. If you need a pool repair or a remodel job I would highly recommend Stand Out Pools. I had to have my pool resurfaced and because it is such an expensive proposition i went into it with dread. I got 5 estimates and right away I knew that i was going to do business with Stand out Pools. Wes was the Sales person and he was fabulous from the very beginning. I knew nothing about pool resurfacing and he walked me through every single step and took the time to answer every single question. I then spoke to and met Derek who is the owner and a very personable, knowledgeable and caring person. Every single person on both of the crews were polite, friendly and very accomplished. After the job was completed, Connor arrived to rebalance all my chemicals, get all the electrical, pumps and mechanics up and running. It was a smooth operation and a totally awesome experience. Their pricing was also very competitive. You will not regret using this company for your pool needs. Furst Class all the way.

We Could’ve not asked for a better outcome!! Our pool turned out, absolutely beautiful and was done exactly as I asked! We Had a pebble resurface, beautiful glass tile all the way around. And also had our pavers laid .. Derek and Connor and the entire crew were amazing and professional .Anytime I had a question Derek and Connor both got back to me very quickly. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was done as I asked! The crew was amazing, professional polite, and did an immaculate cleanup! my husband and I could not be happier with the outcome. Stand Out Pools just completed a 10,000 gallon (pebble tech) pool and (paver) pool deck renovation plus some additional paver work at my home and I'm very pleased with my experience and the final results. As always, there were several minor things that came up and I really appreciated the flexibility and insights offered by Derek and the onsite crew who helped make the finished product the best it could be. Teams were skilled, worked hard, respected the property / project and cleaned up as you'd expect. Found the whole process from planning to billing to be efficient and the project was completed on time and budget. Would definitely recommend!
