Last Fall we had a new In-ground pool installed by Trinity Pools. It was one of the most satisfying projects I had ever had completed for my wife and I. From initial design, through completion everything was fabulous! We explained what we wanted, the plans were drawn, ground prep started, construction was flawless, and completed product was perfect. Bob and his crews were on time, very professional, explained with detail each event, and completed the project on time with no hidden costs or issues. We bought Glow in the dark Mosaics to be added on the steps and sides, and they were installed to perfection! If you’re considering a In-ground pool give Bob & Trinity Pools a shout, you will not be disappointed. 5* plus
I spoke with the owner, Bob I presume of Trinity Pools and he sent a guy by the name of Peter out that was at my house two minutes maybe, over the phone Bob said a 12 x 24 pool with a screen would be about $60-$65,000 depending on a couple of little items like the electrical and stuff like that Peter walked out here looked at my yard and said it’s gonna be over 75,000 and then he copped an attitude so I copped an attitude too. You don’t come out to my house and cop an attitude with me I’ll Cop one right back. I wouldn’t use these guys to build a pool for my dog Highly unreliable. Very unprofessional and very argumentative. There’s plenty of good pool contractors out there if you need to have a pool put in. Just find one that can tell you the same thing he told you on the phone when he gets out here in person.
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Bob and Peter from Trinity Pools Inc. Our in ground pool at 22 years old was stained badly, the pop-up sweeps didn’t work well, and we needed to have it refinished. Peter came by for an estimate and explained everything including the steps to restart and have a bright new looking pool. Bob and Peter were professional and helpful in every regard. Bob always answered the phone, that’s huge with me. They said what they would do, then they did what they said. They were always here and on time when they said they would be. I did the restart myself and saved the cost, Pinch A Penny was a valuable resource to test water samples and lead you through chemical balancing. Thank you Bob and Peter for your kind and professional help in restoring our pool!!
Trinity Pools started off great as very communicative with timely response. Coming to the end of the job, we noticed large lumps in the spa around the jets and although they acknowledged it was poor craftsmanship on their part, it wasn’t corrected because they had already started filling it. Our contract was signed in June 2024, pool completed in November 2024, as of April 7, 2025 they still haven’t come back to finish their punch list or replace the broken pavers they told us to mark/tape for them. We offered to sweep the sand in ourselves if they could drop it off to prevent more from cracking. We didn’t get the sand. We scheduled time off of work to meet for the punch list and they didn’t show up. We’ve since had to consult with a paver company to come repair them before they can be sealed, at our expense. Even the message we sent on March 31 is still sitting with no response, not read yet.
The owner, Bob Roberson, is very meticulous when building his pools. He does a spectacular job! I contracted with him and the pool was started mid-September and completed at the beginning of November. It looks incredible! Everything went smoothly and all pool equipment works great (and it's not cheap equipment either)! His workers are very good at what they do, from the first dig to pouring, coping, and the pavers! I can't say a bad thing about this company and I'm really glad that I chose Trinity Pools for my pool build. When I had questions he was very informative and always kept me up to par on what was going on next with the construction. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely give Trinity a call if I purchased another home! The pool is a surprise for my husband who was deployed at the beginning of the year and what a BEAUTIFUL surprise it will be. Something he has always wanted and I can only say it looks amazing! Super excited for my husband to get home and see it - and dive in!
I'm a graphic designer and I wanted to build my dream pool, so I contracted Trinity Pools last November to build a $70,000 pool with smart system. In his contract said that a concrete Pool takes from 6-8 weeks, I'm aware that my Pool is huge, but it's been almost 5 month and I still have no clue when my pool is going to be done. When we request him the exact date to have it ready last Saturday 03/21 HE TOLD US: "WHEN THE ELECTRICIAN FINISHES NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE DONE (...) DO NOT TEXT ME AGAIN" and he also told us he can make this process 6 month longer "IF I WANT TO". I made a huge mistake contracting this company whose owner ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES INSTEAD OF SOLUTIONS. Bob Robertson, the owner, doesn't supervise his employees and rarely came to my house to see the process but he definitely came on time to pick up every check. By the way, he changed his attitude when he received the last check, and that happened more than 1 month ago (02/12). I have all the issues listed below without ATTENTION OR SOLUTION: 1- a lot of spots and scratches in the pool finish (They did it 3 weeks ago) 2- the spa lights don't work 3- the spa Jets doesn't work either 4- All the pumps and not screwed to the concrete and they make a terrible vibration noise 5- unfinished wall: this wall is needed to cover the pool pumps and all the pipes 6- the pools Jets are crooked and unleveled, and he said that the only thing he can do it is remove them and leave the big hole in it (smart solution) 7- the pavers don't have enough sand and they used the worst quality sealer (not counting the quality of the pavers) 8- the planters are full of concrete 9- the pool has different deep as I wanted it to be, and of course, different of the draw we gave him to submit to the county OF COURSE, IMAGINE ALL THESE ISSUES AND "I CAN NOT TEXT HIM" They left a lot of trash (plastic bottles, cigarettes butts and we DO NOT SMOKE) in our back yard. The front of our house looks terrible now because they used it to go to our back yard (where the pool is), all the grass is destroyed, they broke the county and our neighbor's sewer pipes, they destroyed all our trees, they also broke one fence post and two caps. He told us "DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE DIRTYNESS OF THE PROCESS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHERE WE PASSED THROUTH" and that was a HUGE LIE.

Their web presence goes back to 2011 on an earlier domain and the services page was revised in August 2026, so this is an established and active business. They make no superlative claims on their own site.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. No separate area pages are published, so Spring Hill and the surrounding Hernando and Pasco area is the working assumption. Several phone numbers appear across the site, all local, which usually means separate desks for sales and service rather than anything odd.

The praise is broad and consistent: seven customers each raised build quality and professionalism independently, four the communication, three their keeping to schedule and three the price. That is five separate things going right for different people.

Four customers praised it and four raised it as a problem, which points at inconsistency between jobs rather than a company that either does or does not return calls. Two customers also described how the company responded when they raised a complaint, which is worth reading in their own words before you sign. Practically: agree who your single point of contact is and how often you will hear from them, and ask what the process is if you are unhappy with something mid-build. Their price being praised by three customers is unusual enough to be worth asking how they quote.
