The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
As the onsite for Touchstone CDD, I can confidently say that Cooper Pools has earned a 5-star rating from us. Their technicians have been nothing but excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. Any time we’ve needed repairs, they’ve handled them quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they were able to identify and resolve a leak that had taken us nearly two months to figure out. Special shout out to Andrew.
We noticed our pool level dropping quickly and suspected a leak. West Shore Pools found the issue in the plumbing line at the pool filter and repaired it efficiently. They kept us updated the entire time and left everything clean when they were done. Very professional and trustworthy company. We highly recommend!
West Shore Pools was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend contacting them for any of your pool or spa needs. We had an issue right before the Christmas holiday and the service department was able to get us a technician to come out as soon as he finished another job. He explained exactly what the problem was, offered advice on long-term solutions and got us up and running so that the pool was working for our holiday visitors. Great all around!
