As a local HVAC Contractor, you always hope to work alongside other trades that value integrity and customer service as much as you do. We installed an AC unit for a client earlier this year, and during a subsequent project, Premier Pool accidentally caused minor cosmetic damage to the outdoor unit. Accidents happen, but how their company handled this says everything. Premier Pool was top notch - incredibly professional, proactive, and easy to work with. They communicated seamlessly with both our team and the homeowner throughout the entire process to ensure the replacement part was taken care of properly. Would highly recommend for their accountability and professionalism!

CAUTION IF PLANNING ON SPENDING CASH HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!spent like 90 thousand on a pool and cage pavers garret was very cool and kind and the guys who works for him were cool kody and koby (yea i know) have a gouge in the bottom of my pool and had pool together for a little more than a month they left the pad where pavers were placed outside of bird cage and left it during rain season and swept away all the sand underneath almost eliminating all the foundation under the pad they left sand all over my back yard and side of house to the point it covered all the grass ....well guess what i have to have grass to pass inspections and they never told me in the beginning of signing contract and yes i know they will respond and say it was ijn there and said blah blah blah i had my 2 kids and wife with me and no one heard id be responsoible for paying to have landscapers come and lay sod down after they ruined everything and are claiming no responibility also said in cointract in beginning we had a set price then towards end all the sudden he adds another 6 thpousand because of needing to raise back wall due to ground being unlevel they sureley shpould have noticed in beginning but obviously didnt want to fill me in and just pop up with a extra 5 to 6 thopusand to add to bill i stayed calm and cool and said ok no problem BUT........then we get towards end of project they left pad with pavers outside of cage messed up i will show horrible photo thewy tried to stick me with fixing that as well i told them im not paying another dollar till we agree to fix certain things thats there responsibility .so i got escalated to the guy who says hes the big big bossmatt . we spoke he made promises and gave me his word i got pissed before speaKING WITH HIM ONE OF HIS UNDERLINGS TOLD ME IF I DIDNT COMPLETE PAYMENT THEYLL PUT A LEAN ON MY HOME I OWED ABOUT 29K STILL I SAID TILL WE KNOW HOW THINGS ARE BEIONG RESOLVED IM NOT PAYING IN FULL AGREED TO PAY ABOUT 27K IF WE AGREED ON SOME STUFF TO START AND ME AND MATT DID HE WAS VERY QUICK TO SPEAK TO ME THAT TIME UNDERSTANDABLY BECAUSE HE WANTED THE 27K . HE SENT GUY KOPDY TO GET A CHECK LIST OF THINGS NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED AGAIN AND I PAYED THEM 27K RITE AFTER THAT THEY FIXED BACLK WALL THEY LEFT UNFINISHED TH4E WHOLE TIME THE WALL I PAYED EXTRA 6 THOUSAND FOR. Premier pools I deserve some respect I spent a lot of money with you guys and Matt you gave me your word to make things rite what’s going on here I tried a whole week to get a hold of you before leaving this review I would rather not do this but you give me no choice and if things aren’t handled correctly going forward I will present my situation to whom it may concern at that point please make this rite and keep your word

We had an excellent experience with Premiere Pools from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, the pricing was fair and competitive, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new pool. It has completely transformed our backyard, and our family enjoys it every day. A special thank you to Matt, who was outstanding throughout the sales process. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step, answered all of our questions, and even reviewed quotes from other pool companies with us. He pointed out several inaccuracies and important details that other companies had overlooked, which really helped us make an informed decision. She has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we've had questions. It's reassuring to know that the company continues to provide excellent customer service even after the pool is completed. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the project was handled professionally, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We recently had our old pool removed and a brand new pool built by Premier Pools of Central Florida, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Minus one star not for the company but a few of their service providers who didn't meet my expectations. It could be that I'm too picky but some of them lack interpersonal skills. Having said that the Premier employees responsible for construction were fantastic. Post start-up customer service representative Leslie has been fantastic and very conscientious about addressing any small issues within hours.
