If you want or need a pool remodel this is what these guys do very well. I could not be happier that we selected Xecutive Pools for our project. We interviewed and received quotes from eight highly recommended pool companies for our pool & patio renovation project, (which was a HUGE undertaking), and we were able to quickly and easily weed out the companies that were just not right for this job, had bad attitudes/poor customer service, or they just did not have the proper expertise and/or ability to do what we wanted to get accomplished. From the start, Pat (owner & designer), was there every step of the way, and ALWAYS answered me back when I contacted him with questions or concerns; sometimes I would receive an immediate response, or I would have the answers I needed by close of business the same day. If it was late in the day, he would usually hit me back first thing in the morning; I cannot begin to tell you how huge that was for me and it was much appreciated. Even though I have experience in engineering & Automated Computer Assisted Design, Pat really helped us pull this project together with his recommendations and innovative designs & ideas. He and his team truly helped us through the entire process…From the design phase, to product selections, to explaining each procedure they were using, all the way through quality control and project close out. I work from home, so I had the pleasure of being onsite daily, and I spoke to Pat’s ops superintendent Dennis and job supervisor Rob almost daily; partly because the process of this remodel project interested me quite a bit, and partly because I wanted to ensure I knew where all the underground plumbing was, all the ins/outs of what was going on and why. I am a bit OCD and can be a pain to deal with, but they did a great job keeping me in the loop to my satisfaction. Pat even came by a few times throughout the project to check on the progress and to conduct his own quality control of the work being performed and ensured it was up to his standard. What people need to realize…Construction is messy, it doesn’t matter what kind of construction either, it’s just messy; and, it takes time to get a project done correctly. People also need to understand there are elements that are just out of everyone’s control when it comes to construction; (i.e., weather, procedure delays, and issues with vendors, not to mention the fact COVID can be a factor). Also, not all projects will go precisely according to plan, and mine was no different. Unfortunately, due to the pool company who originally installed my pool 12-years ago, we hit a few unforeseen snags along the way, but if you have ever watched HGTV, what project doesn’t; it is all about how those snags are handled on a personal level and how they are dealt with on a professional level. I have no issues with how this company conducted itself at all times; I am sure on the surface it just looked like they were cruising along, but underwater those legs were probably fluttering faster than Michael Phelps’. A project of this magnitude can definitely be stressful at times, but believe me when I say, Xecutive Pools has a vested interest in ensuring their remodel projects are done correctly, and their customers are happy. They were very accommodating to us, and if there was something we didn’t understand or think was quite right, they were on it. Honestly, I believe Pat was more critical of the work than I was at times, and I am pretty picky; if either one of us thought the work accomplished needed to be tweaked, it got tweaked. I could not be happier with the final results, and appreciate all the hard work and effort this team put into my project. I now have a remodeled pool that looks original & beautiful, and an awesome outdoor living space for years to come. To the Xecutive Pool Team, thank you!

Xecutive Pools did a very good job on our pool resurfacing. Kayla Falls is the best person to communicate with during the process. She was always available for me when I had questions and on one occasion she responded after hours when I wasn’t expecting that. I would have given 5 stars if other members of the team had been as excellent as Kayla was. The gentleman that did the prep work before the plastering crew came out, worked incredibly hard and was outstanding in his duties. He did an outstanding job all by himself! Now the next day when a crew of about 6 or 7 men came to plaster, one of them was needing to take a few more breaks because of the heat. That is perfectly understandable and I am fine with that. However, I am not fine with him leaving cigarette ashes all over my cool deck patio. Another worker was standing inside the deep end of the pool re-installing the same broken pool light instead of the new one. I take part responsibility for this also since I never paid attention to the new box with the new LED light. I don’t like “hovering” over people trying to work because I think it’s annoying and disrespectful to them. They “know” their business and I don’t. Well in this case, he didn’t know. So when a different worker had to come and fix this oversight, it was incredibly more difficult with the pool filled. He was able to do it but it was a waste of his time in my opinion.

I wish there were words to express the gratitude my husband and I have for Xecutive Pools. Rob did an outstanding job in explaining everything when we contracted with them to do a complete overhaul of our patio and pool. Which included removing our old Jacuzzi and making it into a swim shelf. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was going to have to be done. But I can not say enough about the professionalism of this entire team. The Most Valuable Player is Moise Ponce, he ran the whole team from start to finish. He was so kind and considerate from start to finish to ensure everything was completed to perfection, including stopping on the final day when they turned it over to us to fix our Gate that had pulled loose from the house, no fault of the team what so ever but he fixed it or us anyway. Magnum, was a superstar as well as all those that came to work on the project. I wish I could say enough about this company and all that work for them. If we ever need anything else we will surely come back to Xecutive Pools. And as a last note, the original turn over date to complete the project was 3/10/2026 and it actually was completed by 2/13/2026 which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rob and Moise for all you did and bless you all.

With many of the horror stories floating around out there regarding having a pool resurfaced my wife and I were dreading getting the process started. From the very start Executive Pools, LLC made us both feel at ease and confident. Once the color scheme and material choices were completed, we were given a start date and completion estimate. The material delivery was two days prior to the start date and the process began on time. Despite having two days of light rain, the completion was spot on their estimated completion date. Well done! The crews from the start were knowledgeable and friendly and were eager to talk with us and to answer our questions. The paver crew were outstanding and did a fantastic job as did the plaster crew, it was fun to watch the project take shape and proceed without an issue. Thank you, Executive Pools, LLC for making this dreaded project an enjoyable experience for my wife and I, the pool now looks great and we look forward to enjoying using it! Best Regards, Allen and Kathy Caton

I can not recommend Xecutive pools for several reasons. First, the owner (Patrick) made false claims as to what could be accomplished. He recommended installing the travertine pavers I wanted over my existing concrete, which would not have been a problem if the pavers were not going to abut to my pergola and lanai. Three feet of concrete was removed and the pavers were graded to those areas. He claimed the opening of the door, which swings out, wouldn’t be a problem as he would have the door raised. After the paver install the lanai door would only open half way before getting stuck on the pavers. After several weeks of this they cut the outer corner of the door to allow it to open completely. The sweep frayed from rubbing on the pavers and water would pour in when it rained due to the steep slope of the pavers and the gap under the door. Eventually I had to hire someone to install a threshold and even with that water still poured in because gaps were left on the sides of the door. Dennis, the superintendent, had mentioned building a threshold out of pavers, but that never materialized. When I emailed Patrick 3 times to ask him to cover the cost of the threshold, I got no response. The second reason, poor installation by the paver crew. The pavers that were installed abutting the pergola kept caving in every time it rained, again due to the steep slope. After 2 months and 3 attempts they finally concreted them down. They also didn’t lay the pavers in a French pattern as I was expecting, claiming they would have to make small cuts at the borders. When I had asked Patrick about how the layout would look, he said not to worry about that. Said they had that already figured out. There was no sketch of the layout which would have solved that problem. The third reason, they didn’t supply a dumpster so they dumped all the concrete they removed onto my asphalt driveway. It now has large cracks from the weight of the concrete. The fourth reason, their cleanup was basically nonexistent. They didn’t really have a “cleanup crew”, it was just towards the end that the last guy here it seemed would be the “cleanup crew”. I did most of it myself, not wanting to live for weeks with my lanai screens and pergola deck covered in concrete dust. I only asked them to clean the fence which was poorly done. Finally, poor communication. I attempted to contact Patrick in June leaving 3 messages to have him call me. He finally called after I sent him an email and claimed he had not received the messages from his office person. My only communication was with Dennis and even though I believe he did his best to keep me informed, there were many times I had to initiate an email to find out when someone would be out to either fix the door, the pavers, or clean the stain in the pool. I’m enclosing pictures so that you can see the kind of work they do. UPDATE: I had to have a custom-made stone threshold installed at my own expense to keep the water from pouring in. And I know Patrick won't pay for that even though this issue was his responsibility. Look else where for a pool company. This one is not reputable!

I rarely write reviews, but these days when people are so busy that reviews are critically important. I don't write this review lightly and I'm shocked that it appears I am the only one that's had a negative experience. In brief, I have Nest cameras at my home so as long as I have Internet access, I can see what people are doing at my home in real time and re-watch for about a week. I had this merchant's basic service for 3 weeks. In brief, the technician came out 2 of the 3 weeks (the 3rd week was Memorial Day) and by watching the cameras, I could tell she only spent about 5 minutes at my house each time and never took equipment or chemicals into my backyard. That didn't stop her from leaving a note each time saying she'd scrubbed the pool and treated it. As you might imagine, the pool chemistry started to suffer at week 3 and it began to turn green. I ended up having to service it myself until I could find a new provider. To the merchant's credit, they did ask to see the video and agreed to refund my payment (I haven't been refunded yet). Unfortunately since I cancelled at week 3 and I only can keep video for a week, I couldn't provide the video. P.S. I also asked them to provide me a quote on a pool heater and the tech's response to the main office was "I took a photo of their existing heater and will send it to the owner so that he can provide a quote." We only have an A/C and pool pump on the stand. P.P.S. When I checked the merchant only had 1 pool tech.
