I tried to contact this company to make an appointment, what a disaster. They don't call back and their system sends endless links that don't work. Too bad.

I had some pool equipment that needed replacement and had called various companies , but ended up choosing Florida Pool patio. I was not disappointed at all. I really appreciated how they kept me informed every step of the way and the work was very well done. At the end of the service they even took pictures of the completed work and texted me the information. I would use this company for any further work I needed on my pool without any hesitation. Finally a company in Miami that provides great service from start to finish!!

The time of construction, responsibility and the outcome is remarkable, as well their quality of work and customer satisfaction. 2. They have all the experience and expertise, besides having experience about certifications, licenses, and qualifications. 3. Their communication and customer service is amazing. Always responsive, always listen, always concern about proving the best service possible. His owner is on top of every single detail. 4. Quality and reliability. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Florida Pool Patio and feel compelled to share my disappointment with others considering their services. From start to finish, dealing with this company, especially its owner Claudio, was an absolute nightmare. First of all, communicating with Florida Pool Patio was nothing short of painful. It felt like you had to pull their teeth to get a response from them. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, and when they did reply, it was usually days later. This level of negligence and disregard for customer communication is unforgivable. But the lack of communication was just the tip of the iceberg. When I finally managed to get through to Claudio, he was dismissive and belittling, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. He made me feel like my concerns were insignificant and that my project wasn't worth his time. It's astonishing that someone in the service industry, especially the owner, would treat a paying customer in such a condescending manner. To make matters worse, the quality of the work performed by Florida Pool Patio was far from satisfactory. The final result was riddled with errors, and it was clear that shortcuts had been taken. It's obvious that Claudio and his team have little regard for the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Florida Pool Patio look elsewhere for their pool and patio needs. Communication problems, a dismissive attitude, and poor workmanship make this company one to avoid at all costs. I just want to Share my experience with Florida Pool Patio. This company has been super wonderful during our pool build we have had the pool for two years now and no issues. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. They have a great team to work with, any questions i had they answered promptly. Christopher was always on top of everything. The owner Claudio was super helpful he came to my house personally and showed me how to use my smart pool system step by step, from how to use the water heater, the laminar jets, pool pump and lights etc.. Thank you Florida Pool Patio for this wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a pool. I had several companies come out and they were very reasonably priced i am so glad a chose this company. Thanks again Ramon

I had some questions about their pool and patio products, and instead of providing helpful information, Claudio seemed more interested in berating me for not being an expert in the field. His condescending tone and dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Furthermore, the customer service throughout the visit was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting me, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the task at hand. It took an excruciatingly long time to get any assistance, and when I finally did, it was clear that they had no interest in helping me make an informed decision about what to do. The quality of their products was also a major disappointment. The pool and patio furniture they showed appeared outdated and overpriced. It was evident that the company was more interested in making a quick buck than in providing customers with quality products that would stand the test of time. Communication from the Florida Pool Patio team is very poor. I tried contacting them for a week to get in touch, but nothing happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My place has a small backyard with a small pool that required some changes. After months of research I came across Florida Pool Patio (FPP) and was struck by the outstanding reviews. So gave it try. I met Maria at their offices and she immediately understood what was needed and reassured me FPP would take care of me. And they did! Only a few days after my visit Paolo came by the townhouse for a closer look, talked to his boss and within days -after agreeing to an estimate- job began. In 4 days, different crews worked really hard (excavation, plumbing, electrical, pavers) to install a new pool pump in a more convenient location of the backyard. Paolo was extremely thorough and had some fantastic suggestions. Maria did not miss a beat and did all the follow through, every day. And the electrical work was simple and clean. When pavers were done, the pool deck looked so much better than before. Amazing I visited their offices on a Thursday and by next Friday I had a newer, much more silent pool. Cleaned twice by them!! Super happy with their work.
