So, after looking through all of the 5-star reviews for 3 Oaks, I feel like I could just say “ditto..ditto..ditto..”. Every great thing you read about this pool company is true. I can easily chime in and say, if you’re looking for a company to design and build a beautiful new pool or renovate your old, not so beautiful pool, like us, you seriously could end your search. You’ve found them. We were in talks with another well-respected pool company to renovate our 25-year old pool that was looking pretty, well, old and tired, but were having problems getting our ideas to jive with theirs. About that time a friend of our daughter was getting the finishing touches on their new 3 Oaks pool and raved about it. Despite having a BUNCH of pools in the works (we learned later), Scott and Danielle were here in no time. Both were super-easy to talk with which made us really comfortable immediately. After a couple minutes of chatting, we learned that they had recently finished a major renovation of our neighbors’ pool! We didn’t know it because, unlike a lot of other companies, they hadn’t stuck a sign in their front yard first thing. We were convinced, and boy, are we glad we decided to get another opinion. At this point I’ll just reiterate what everyone else has said. Our experience with 3 Oaks was simply great! We were constantly impressed with their communication, never having to wonder what was going to be happening next. Bad weather and a few supply issues made the process a smidge longer than they had expected, but we’ve heard horror stories about pools taking much, much longer than promised and constant problems getting answers and updates from other companies. Our daughter was one of those! They realized that their pool, built by a different company and less than two years old, had some serious problems. Scott at 3 Oaks quickly determined the things the other pool company had done improperly and documented them. Repairs weren’t going to be cheap but they had to be done if they wanted to have a pool they could enjoy, as they had a right to expect. Our daughter and son-in-law are now trying to get the original company to pony up for the cost of the repairs and having no success. You don’t want that to happen to you. Just get 3 Oaks to build it right the first time and enjoy your pool for many, many years. Then, when it’s time to renovate, you’ll know who to call. ‘Nuff said. See for yourself - here are some photos of our old and new pools and decks. 😃
LOOK NO FURTHER this is the ONLY pool building company you should use! From start to finish Scott and Danielle were amazing to work with! They were quick to respond with any and all questions we had through out the whole process and even after the pool was built. From design to finishing touches the attention to detail they had beat my expectations! The convenience of the company having a show room trailer that they can bring to your home to pick out tile, decking, and all the other finishes touches was such a delightful surprise! We were able to put the patio decking up against our house and see what color worked best. The contract stated it could take 6 months from start to finish which we were ok with since we started building during late hurricane season/fall even with all the rain we had which delayed the process it only took the 5 weeks to finish and the pool is flawless! We thought we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our backyard until January we were enjoying it by Halloween! And have never spent this much time outside in our backyard! This company is efficient, professional, TRUSTWORTHY, and reliable. We had two other pool companies quote us and we felt pressured and uneasy they just seemed like salesmen. Not only did Three Oaks meet their prices but they did with better upgrades and finishes. Scott and Danielle instantly made us feel like we weren’t just another sale and that we could trust them and I’m so glad we did.
After doing our homework – researching, reading reviews, asking for recommendations, and meeting with several pool builders – we knew the moment we met Scott and Danielle that 3 Oaks Pools & Spas was the perfect fit for us. From the start, they made us feel like part of the family, while maintaining the professionalism that makes their company truly top-notch. Scott and Danielle genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering a personalized, high-quality experience from beginning to end. They treat your project as if it was their own. We were kept informed every step of the way and the entire process ran exactly as promised. The craftmanship, attention to detail and overall quality of work was outstanding. They welcomed our ideas, answered every question promptly and were always approachable and responsive. Their mobile showroom was a great touch – impressive, convenient and delivered right to our home. With Scott and Danielle’s help, we were able to choose every feature to bring our dream pool to life. We couldn’t be happier with our new backyard paradise and enjoy it every day. We wholeheartedly recommend 3 Oaks Pools & Spas to anyone looking for exceptional quality, professionalism and a truly enjoyable stress-free pool-building experience.

Starts with 3 Oaks Pools & Spas — Pierson, Volusia County. My project is somewhere else
3 Oaks Pools & Spas of Pierson: Florida licensed since July 2024, a flat 5.0 from 24 Google reviews, with design help and communication both named repeatedly.
3 Oaks Pools & Spas works out of Buckles Road in Pierson, in Volusia County, and holds Florida contractor license CPC1460703, current since July 2024 and running to 2028. Their website went up two months before the license. So this is a genuinely new company — and the review record it has built in that time is the striking thing about it, because two years of trading has produced more feedback than plenty of builders here have collected in ten.
New pool construction, renovation, repairs, spas and outdoor living. What their customers describe most distinctly is the front half of the job: eleven name their professionalism, six the quality of the build, four the communication and three the help they got working out what to build. Design help clearing a threshold is uncommon on this list. Several accounts also mention being told what to expect at each stage, which matches the fact that a page called exactly that is the one they most recently updated.
Pierson and Volusia County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is nothing documenting how far they travel and it is worth confirming your own address by phone. They do publish a substantial set of photographs of their own projects — each one named for the customer whose pool it is, which is a small sign of a company that treats jobs as individual rather than interchangeable.
Google has them at a flat 5.0 from 24 reviews. That is well above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, and while 24 reviews is not a long record it is a real one — enough that a perfect average is worth something rather than nothing. No complaint appears from anyone. On 24 reviews that absence carries some weight, though less than it would on three hundred. What makes this more persuasive than the number alone is the breadth: four separate themes each raised by three or more customers means different people noticed different things and agreed independently, which is harder to arrange than a high score. One customer describes getting quotes from several builders and choosing these; another describes the whole process being easier than expected. The honest caution is simply the age of the company. Licensed in July 2024, nobody writing here has a pool from them that is more than a couple of years old, so there is no evidence yet about how their work ages or how they handle a problem years after handover. That is not a criticism of a company doing this well this early — it is the one thing a short record cannot tell you. So ask what the warranty covers, who honours it, and what happens if something appears in year three. And notably, nothing on their site claims to be the best or the number one builder anywhere, which after a long night of reading marketing copy is worth saying out loud.

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC1460703 has been current since July 2024 and runs to August 2028.
A flat 5.0 from 24 reviews on Google, well above the 4.52 Florida average. Eleven customers name their professionalism, six the build quality, four the communication and three the design help — four separate themes each raised by three or more people.
Licensed since July 2024, so around two years. That is the one real caution: nobody writing here has a pool from them more than a couple of years old, so there is no evidence yet about how the work ages or how they handle a problem later on.
No complaint appears from anyone across 24 reviews. That absence carries some weight, though less than it would on a base of hundreds.
What the warranty covers, who honours it, and what happens if a defect appears in year three. With a company this new, the warranty is the part the review record cannot speak to.
