The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Great company to work with for custom pools! We even won an award on it. We love the way our pool came together. The amount of compliments we’ve received for the uniqueness is astounding. Ryan was professional, easy to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. Amazing company to work with all around.
Update #3: after text messages and emails over a month ago from different people at All Aqua maintaining that they would figure out the air issue in the pump, not a word or action from them. And the cracked jet nozzle from their leak test continues to pop away. I see a number of pools being built in NSB and very few of them by All Aqua. That's what happens when a once reputable company goes from 5 stars to 1 star, as it should. Update: replacement of the cracked coping stone was completed after some follow-up. However, it was identified in early 2026, after the pump speed was reduced to the manufacturers recommendation, that air was being introduced into the system. After many months of follow-up and to be fair to them, pressure testing and checking the installation, there is still no resolution to this problem and they seem to have lost interest. To make matters worse, the water jets are now making popping sounds, likely from cracks in the jet nozzles. I would steer clear from this company as the new ownership and management does not respond to customer concerns in a timely manner and what response they do provide is severely lacking for a company that is supposed to be experts in pool construction. Update: My post-pool completion experience with All Aqua has caused me to drop a star from the rating I initially gave them. It has been close to two months since Scott identified a crack in one of the coping stones. Scott and Chris have unfortunately left the company and this outstanding item on the punch list has been communicated to three other employees at All Aqua. While I have been contacted twice to make the final payment, no one has contacted me to replace the cracked stone. All Aqua Pools just completed the installation of a pool at my home and the service and workmanship was outstanding. It was finished on budget and ahead of time. Chris and Scott, who managed the various stages of the construction, were on site every day to check that the work was being done to their high standard, inquire if I had any concerns, and answer all my questions. I sent Scott a text last Saturday morning at 7:30am with a question about the pool pump because pool school does not start for me until this week and I am a first time pool owner. He called me immediately, had me check the pump monitor, and then explained that the pump was operating as designed. That is a level of service that is simply exceptional. After speaking with and pricing the installation with a number of other pool contractors, my wife and I could not be happier that we chose All Aqua Pools.
Mike was diligent while installing my neighbors pool! Highly recommended everything turned out great and they are super happy with his excellent work! I recommend Aqua Pools if you are thinking about cooling off from the florida heat!
I've worked with All Aqua Pools on numerous occasions and each time the experience has been great, they communicate well and are passionate about making sure the project is completed in a timely and professional manner. Marc Anderson is a standout as someone who is on top of everything when you need him, can't think of a negative thing to say about him and his work ethic. I recommend this company to anyone looking to transform their backyard into a paradise with a new pool OR needing repairs/remodeling to their existing pool

All Aqua Pools of New Smyrna Beach: Florida licensed since 2002, 4.9 on Google from 142 reviews, with a documented Volusia and Flagler coast service area.
All Aqua Pools works out of Turtlemound Road in New Smyrna Beach and has held Florida contractor license CPC1456455 since May 2002 — twenty-four years, one of the longest unbroken records on this list. They publish an award badge on their own site, so that claim has something behind it rather than being a bare assertion; we have not written to the awarding body, so it rests on their own published record.
New pool construction, commercial pools, renovation and resurfacing, repairs, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. Their reviews are unusually good on the repair and remodel end, which is the harder thing to do well: one customer describes a repair on a pool that was already ten years old and singles out how closely the new finish was matched to the existing surface. That is a specific, checkable kind of competence, and it is not something a new builder can demonstrate at all.
This is one of the best-documented service areas on the list. New Smyrna Beach is home, and they publish pages written specifically for Daytona Beach, Deland, Deltona, Edgewater, Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, Port Orange and Titusville — a coherent run up and down the Volusia and Flagler coast, each with its own page rather than one template with the town swapped. One oddity worth asking about: they also publish a page for Jupiter, which is on the other side of the state, several hours south. Treat the coastal cluster as evidenced and Jupiter as a question. Their site was updated in July 2026 and a review arrived the day before this profile was built, so nothing here is stale.
Google has them at 4.9 from 142 reviews. Both halves matter: 4.9 sits well above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders, and 142 reviews is a base large enough that the figure describes the business rather than a good run. Seven separate customers name their professionalism, and nothing on the complaint side was raised by two or more customers — on a base this size, and across twenty-four years of trading, that is genuinely difficult to achieve. Reviewers also mention dealing with the owners directly, which for a company of this age suggests the people whose name is on the license are still on the job. Two things to keep in proportion, both of them theirs rather than anyone else's. They describe themselves as premier and most trusted, and nobody ranks Florida pool builders — on 4.9 from 142 the slogans are doing no work the record does not already do better. And 'licensed and insured' is only half-checkable: the license is real and current, while insurance is not something any public record confirms, so ask for the certificate. The one honest gap is photographic: their site yielded ten usable project images for a company with twenty-four years of work behind it, so ask for addresses of pools finished five and ten years ago — with a record this long there will be plenty nearby, and how those have aged is the best evidence available.

Since May 2002 — license CPC1456455, twenty-four years, and among the longest records on this list.
Google reads 4.9 from 142 reviews, well above the 4.52 Florida average and on a base large enough to be meaningful. Seven customers name their professionalism, no complaint was raised by two or more people, and several mention dealing with the owners directly.
New Smyrna Beach plus pages written specifically for Daytona Beach, Deland, Deltona, Edgewater, Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, Port Orange and Titusville — a real documented run along the Volusia and Flagler coast. They also publish a page for Jupiter, which is hours away on the other coast, so ask about that one.
Yes, and it is a strength. One customer describes a repair to a ten-year-old pool where the new finish was matched closely to the existing surface — the kind of competence only a long-established company can show.
They publish an award badge on their own site, so there is something to look at rather than a bare claim. We have not written to the awarding body, so it is their record rather than an independent check. Their separate claims to be premier and most trusted are marketing lines that nobody ranks.
Less than you would expect. Their site gave up ten usable project images for twenty-four years of building. Ask for addresses of pools they finished five and ten years ago and go and look at how they have aged.
