We worked with Arroyo Pools on the construction of a new pool at our home in Miami Beach, and the experience was exceptionally professional from the start. From the initial planning phase, the team demonstrated a clear understanding of the structural challenges associated with unstable soil conditions in this area. Engineering calculations, structural planning, and the use of piles were handled objectively and thoroughly, with no vague promises or shortcuts that could later lead to permitting issues, unexpected costs, or project delays. What truly set Arroyo Pools apart was their approach: the studio comes to me. There was no sales pressure, only clear explanations, disciplined planning, and decisions based on technical requirements and long-term performance. We were also very pleased to have secured a spot within their limited annual project schedule. Working with a company that intentionally limits its workload to maintain quality and oversight made a noticeable difference. We highly recommend Arroyo Pools to anyone building in Miami Beach who values clarity, preparation, and professional execution.
We hired Arroyo Pools for a complete renovation of our pool in Pinecrest, and the experience was completely different from that of a traditional pool company. From the outset, the focus wasn't on selling finishes or rushing construction. Oscar Arroyo took the time to assess the actual conditions of the site, access, and existing structure, and clearly explained the specific challenges common to Pinecrest properties, including large lots and integration with existing systems. What truly sets Arroyo Pools apart is their level of technical expertise and construction expertise. Oscar's background as a mentor to other pool builders gave us immediate confidence that every decision was being made with a practical, construction-oriented approach, not under sales pressure. The entire process felt organized, well-thought-out, and transparent from beginning to end. The result was a complete transformation of our pool into a modern and elegant space, but more importantly, throughout the entire project we had the peace of mind of knowing that our investment was in the hands of a firm that understands complex construction processes and prioritizes execution over promises. If you are looking for a company that approaches pool projects with professionalism, technical clarity, and true construction discipline, not simply following design trends, Arroyo Pools is an excellent choice.
Last week, I contacted Arroyo Pool Builders since my Jandi Pool LED Lights started to blink on and off. The company owner Mr. Arroyo come to my house for the estimate, and to figure it out what was triggered the problem. After the visual inspection, he found out that we must to replace all the lights, and he immediately scheduled Technicians to come next day for replacing all of them. The Arroyo's Technicians arrived next day early morning, and changed all the pool's lights. I was really impressive for their commitment an high professionalism, they were very friendly and explained all my questions and concerns. Technicians performed all the process following all the safety requirements to accomplish the work with high standards of quality. Once they finished Mr. Arroyo come back to the house to perform the final visual inspection, and to confirm the work was successfully accomplished. He also trained myself on how to use the new installed system. I highly recommend the Arroyo Pool Builder Company for your future pool work since this company exceeded my expectations above and beyond.

We checked Arroyo Pool Builders of Miami against every pool builder in Florida — what license CPC1458626 covers, what they build, and where they stand.
Arroyo Pool Builders works out of south Miami-Dade, on SW 168 Court. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1458626, has been current since 2015 and is qualified in the family name that the company trades under — a small detail, but it means the person answering for the license is the person whose name is on the door.
Google shows 4.4 from 54 reviews. The Florida average across the builders here is 4.52, so they sit a fraction under it — close enough that the gap is noise rather than a signal. Ten reviewers name the way the crew conducted itself on site, six the quality of the finished build. That is a strong and consistent story from a decent-sized sample, and no complaint recurs across enough separate customers to form a theme.
They publish genuinely separate pages for Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Weston and Miramar — written for each place rather than one template with the name swapped, which is rarer than it should be and a fair sign they actually work those areas. The number is (786) 499-9930.
