The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Having completed a new pool project at my previous home, I know the importance of choosing the right company. We recently purchased a home in Palm Beach County. We loved the house, but did not love our pool and backyard. We need the removal of our existing pool and a completely new pool package. I researched and selected five pool companies to get quotes from, which took about 30 days to complete. It's not about selecting the least expensive option; it's about choosing the best company that offers the best product at the best value. Having a history of good reviews also matters, along with the people you will eventually have to deal with for the next 6 months! Hands down, the clear choice is Brisa Pool, which has been in business since 2002. The salesperson Ken Benson has over 20 years of experience. From the first meeting at my home, I could already tell this was different from the other four companies. Ken is knowledgeable, thorough, and above all, responsive. We had many questions and revisions before we signed the contract, and Ken was always available to guide us. I look forward to writing the final review with pictures once the project is completed!
I had a great overall experience working with this company. From the beginning, Kenneth (sales) was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all of my questions, and made the process feel smooth and straightforward. What really stood out, though, was the level of involvement from the owner, Markus. He was hands-on, accountable, and made sure any issues that came up were addressed properly. It’s rare to see that level of ownership and follow-through, and it made a big difference in getting everything across the finish line. No project is ever completely perfect, but what matters is how things are handled—and in this case, they stepped up, stayed engaged, and ultimately made it right. I appreciate the effort and would recommend them based on their commitment to seeing the job through.
After 3 years of trying to get a pool built and being jerked around by Aquarius Builders they left town with our pool having open inspections that I had no idea how to proceed. I was beyond upset. I found Brisa Pool who assured me they would help me. They did it in record time. The owner came to my house and told me what they would do and helped me every step of the way. I was called every day and their people came out and inspected the work and made sure every inspection passed and the pool was completely safe. I highly recommend Brisa Pool that took over a real mess to a completed pool. These people do what they say and helped me in every way. I will be forever grateful! Thank you Brisa Pool

Brisa Pool Services of Coral Springs: license CPC1459300 since 2019, 4.9 on Google from 306 reviews against a 4.52 state average, and 24 projects on show.
Brisa Pool Services builds and looks after pools out of Coral Springs, in Broward County. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1459300, has been on record since June 2019 and shows current which is on most Florida pool licenses and says nothing particular about them. The domain has been theirs since August 2014 and the site was being archived by early 2018. The name says services, but the site is a builder's: new pool construction sits alongside everything else they do. They describe the company as family owned, which no public register confirms either way.
Seven service lines: new pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living. Twenty-four finished projects are on show, which is a proper gallery — enough to judge the standard of finish by eye before anyone picks up a phone, and one of the better ones on this list. Pool language runs right through the site rather than sitting on one page, and there is no trace of any other trade on it.
Coral Springs is the base and the licensed address is there, in the north-west corner of Broward County. They publish no pages for individual towns, and the area pages they do have read as near-copies of one another rather than as anything written for a particular place — so treat their range as a question to ask rather than something the site answers. For Broward and the edges of Palm Beach County it is a reasonable assumption; beyond that, ask. One local number and one email address are published, and the office keeps weekday hours, 9am until 4pm.
This is the strongest reputation on this part of the list and it is not close. Three hundred and six people have reviewed them on Google and the average sits at 4.9 — 0.38 above the 4.52 Florida average, on one of the highest review counts here. High scores on small samples are easy; a 4.9 held across 306 customers is not, and it is the single most useful fact on this profile. Nine reviewers name the crew's professionalism specifically and three the workmanship. Nothing negative recurred: not one complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers, which on 306 reviews is genuinely unusual. Their site calls them number one, which is marketing and not a standing anyone holds — but on this evidence they do not need the slogan.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1459300 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since June 2019. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate before work starts.
Genuinely good, and on enough reviews to trust. They sit at 4.9 from 306 Google reviews, 0.38 above the 4.52 Florida average. The count is what makes it meaningful — anyone can hold five stars across eight reviews, and very few hold 4.9 across 306. Nine reviewers name the crew's professionalism and three the workmanship, and no complaint theme reached even two separate customers.
Both, despite the name. New pool construction is on their site alongside renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living, and their Florida license is a certified pool contractor license, which is the construction one. If your job is a new build it is still worth confirming how much of their current work is new construction rather than service.
They are based in Coral Springs in Broward County and the licensed address is there. They do not publish pages written for individual towns — the area pages on the site are near-copies of each other — so treat the range as something to ask about. Broward and the southern edge of Palm Beach County are a reasonable assumption.
Monday to Friday, 9am until 4pm, closed at weekends. One local phone number and one email address are published on their site, and there are 24 finished projects to look through.
